Pros:

Avoid hotel ok but I was supposed to pay on check in but they took payment before I arrived so had extra transaction charges. They took 2000bhat deposit which we have not got back hotel saying not them but issue with bank. I love lost about £70 with all this.

Excellent hotel with helpful staffs. We stayed in 2 room family suites room 61.11 corner room. It’s like a large apartment with 2 rooms 2 bedrooms full kitchen and living room. It was perfect for a family of 4. Hotel offers tuktuk ride service from 8 to 6pm to train station or 1 mike away. Hotel is about 15 mins walk from the mall. There is a lot of traffic on this road. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Pros:

The staff are really kind and nice and professional. Location is great and the unit itself is very efficient and clean. There are only two issues that I had during my stay, which could be a problem for some guests. There is no sound insulation through the front door. You can hear people doing dishes and talking from adjacent rooms even though doors are closed. Also, every time a family opens and closes their room door it echoes and vibrates, and is extremely loud.
Besides that the towels are very stained and smell unclean. Otherwise the property is excellent. The staff is great.

Bangkok amazing but TOXIC hotel
Pros:

Family stay in their 2 bedroom suite. Horrible attitude from the staff and a TOXIC weird commercial office environment in the lobby area. Rude front desk staff. “You can check Google” and so many other points - being chased for deposit receipt (scam trick) and check out. Did not feel welcomed. I should have taken a deposit from the hotel for non-performance from their side. Drainage blocked, apartment not maintained, fake bathtub, AC remote not functioning in the living area, creating lots of inconvenience. Just an horrible experience - and will definitely not come back.

Pros:

Location is okay though loads of traffic.
The bathrooms has a sewage like smell which comes from the drains - shower and sink. There is also mold in the shower stalls. We changed rooms as a result , to no avail.
The staff are very nice though, and very helpful.

Wish I could give it 10 stars this property is amazing !!!!! And 13 coins across the street amazing !!!! Wish we spend more time here but already booked again for this Christmas. Between the location, and the staff this is definitely the place you want to be !!! I will be dropping the room tour on my YouTube channel once I get back to the states so you guys can have an idea of what you are getting into. YT
