The Alima suites were lavish and comfortable, especially with the guidance of Francis, the concierge, who was friendly and helpful. I could not do anything without him. Additionally, the two ladies assisting with cleaning were fantastic. Wherever I went, the suites and the place looked clean and smelled good. My wife and son enjoyed it. There were a variety of food options available downstairs, and numerous restaurants in the area. We loved it and stayed for 14 days. We will return there.

The location is fantastic. Close to restaurants, cafés, bars and shops without being too loud. The beds are comfy, the fridge has complimentary drinks, the wifi is good quality and the air-conditioning is a lifesaver. Within walking distance of Osu and very easy for taxi-drivers to find.
Not a problem for me but the water pressure in the shower can be quite low so you have to choose between a hot shower and a powerful stream. I like a colder shower so it didn't bother me but if you need to have a steaming hot high-power shower then worth keeping in mind.
The hotel is clean, the room I slept in was clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was cozy and soft. I also like how welcoming the receptionist was.
Loved this place, if I come back to Accra, I am staying here 100%! Sure the location was nice, close to restaurants, the room was huge and had nice AC, all the amenities, good wifi, but what made this stay special was how helpful Francis was. I left early in the morning, wanted to leave a bag, none was there, but took a leap of faith and left it in the reception. It was safe and secure, waiting for me when I came back next day. I wanted to find a taxi to Togo border, he arranged one with reasonable cost very efficiently.

The hotel sign is not visible, too hard for the cab driver to find location. And it has been like that for a long time. I wonder where the hotel manager and the owner been..
