Bardzo fajny pokój, okoliczny spokój, przemiła właścicielka - bardzo przyjemny pobyt, polecam!
Pros:

Podobało mi się to, że dostaliśmy pokój w którym była oddzielna część rozrywkowo kuchenna, i osobno dzielona drzwiami sypialnia. Mała kuchnia z lodówką i płytą grzewczą w pokoju, na korytarzu ogólnodostępna mikrofala i odkurzacz. Wszystko w zasadzie czego potrzeba na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt.

Cons:

Nie mam tutaj żadnych zastrzeżeń. Jedyne co, czego nie doświadczyłem a może tak być to pokój z uwagi, że na poddaszu - latem może generować sporą temperaturę w pomieszczeniach od nagrzewania się przez słońce. Jest w pokoju wentylator, ale on nie będzie w stanie zapewnić komfortu chłodu. To tak tylko marginalnie, ponieważ w każdym obiekcie latem na poddaszu tak jest :)

Pros:

Kolejna już wizyta w ramach sudeckich wędrówek z plecakiem. Stałe miejsce noclegowe w Polanicy, chyba że akurat jest zajęte. Obiekt na uboczu, na spokojnym osiedlu z widokiem na las, ale zarazem blisko centrum i sklepów. Czysto, schludnie, na jedną osobę wygodnie i przytulnie, można spokojnie zostać tu na dłuższy pobyt (sprzyja temu m.in. wyposażenie pokoju w lodówkę). Niezmiennie przypominam wysokim odwiedzającym, że trzeba uważać na głowę, ale jest to urok mieszkania na poddaszu. Rekompensuje to poranny widok z okna połaciowego i ptasie walory akustyczne po jego otwarciu, szczególnie teraz, wiosną.
