Great location, great staff, comfy beds
Pros:

The location of this hotel is great! The staff is great. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Cons:

The blackout shade was stuck so I couldn't make the room completely dark for sleeping. The breakfast has very limited items and the coffee does not taste good.

Pros:

Amazing stay!! The sweetest front desk girls and bartenders. Quick service all around and you can tell they value their guests. Location is perfect, 5 minutes from FSU stadium and seconds from FAMU. Food all around and things to do. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back here.

I would stay there again.
Pros:

I liked having a kitchen in the room, and the person at the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was great and I appreciated having it.

Ok if you don't mind things not working.
Pros:

The hotel was nice, front desk staff was great. Room had mulitple issues with broken bathroom door, broken blinds, shower/tub that would not drain. I notified the front desk but received not response from managers or maintenance.

My Hyatt stay
Pros:

I like the staff, one young lady was very helpful. I love the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

Paying for parking.
My bathroom smelled horrible only to find out the shower curtain was full of stale pee.
I had to remove it myself was told someone would deep clean my bathroom ...Noone ever did.
The worst experience ever.

This is an excellent place to stay… the rooms, the lobby, dining room, brakfast… very good

The distribution of the rooms, kitchen. work-dining table, this room had everything you need.

Cons:

Big AC a little noisy when it starts…It was new and nice… just I perceived it.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

FSU visit with my daughter. Got a suite! Thought it was standard room but it had a nice distribution and appliances like microwave, kitchen stove, fridge and kitchen tools as well as plates and all that stuff. Room and bathroom were all clean and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was ok. Distance to FSU is about 10 to 12 minutes. Recepcion personnel were lovely and check in was super quick. Loved our stay and looking forward to staying here again!
