All looks no actual substance. I would definitely stay somewhere else next time.
Pros:

The property is in a good location close to the FSU campus and it appears to be a fairly newly constructed hotel. So the first impression is a good one. The beds seem confortable enough.

Cons:

The construction of this hotel is terrible. It’s a brand new hotel but you can hear every sound from the rooms next to you and the street. The ice bucket had mold and dirt in it. The shower doors were broken & or on backwards from what I could tell. Breakfast opinions were limited. When we went to check out there was no one at the front desk. Waited for 5 minutes then just left.

Walkable Location, Clean and Comfortable stay
Pros:

Located near the Railroad / Arts district. Walkable to local shops, restaurants, etc. Spacious room, clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen and living space were good. Pet friendly (with fee). Flexible late check out.

Cons:

Parking. Paid lot on property, or street parking. I wouldn't recommend parking on the street in this area.

Tallahassee ist eine Reise wert und das Hyatt House auch.
Pros:

Tolle Lage in einer sehr schönen Stadt. Jogging im nahegelegenen Park hat Spass gemacht.

Cons:

Die Frühstückszeiten sind zu kurz für Urlauber, dieses wird bloss bis 9:00 angeboten und dann auch mit Vehemenz abgeräumt.

Very clean and well located!
Pros:

The location is perfect, the door to the bathroom is a “real door” and it was very clean! The staff was wonderful and friendly!

Cons:

I wish they had a pot of coffee in the reception after the breakfast and in the afternoon.

The location and room were very good but the breakfast was not up to Hyatt standards.
Pros:

The location was near FSU where our granddaughter is a freshman. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The receptionist who checked us in was on “auto mode”! She did a poor job.
The breakfast was not up to Hyatt standards. The food was OK but ran out of plates and had limited silverware. I had to ask for a plate, silverware AND decaf coffee. Poorly managed! Even the toaster didn’t work correctly!!
