Canapé extrêmement inconfortable sale, un ongle sous le matelas, pas de drap pour le canapé alors que réservation pour 5
Seulement 3 serviettes de douche
En arrivant l’hôtesse voulait me faire payer alors que paiement déjà effectué via booking. Il était tard nous étions compliqué et elle ne voulait rien savoir même en lui montrant le reçu. Il a fallu attendre qu’elle appelle son manager qui a finalement vu que booking n’avait pas fait le virement.

Pros:

Everything. The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast food was delicious. And the gym was nice and clean. I can stay overall it was a wonderful stay and I will be joining the world of Hyatt club that was recommended by the staff thank you.
