Great location for event. Fridge in room did not work.
Pros:

Went to bar and grabbed dinner and a drink just before it closed. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Cons:

Went to breakfast and hour before it was over and there was hardly anything to eat. We had to get breakfast elsewhere. Very inconvenient.

Few surprising disappointments. Nice hotel overall
Pros:

Enjoyed the location. Lobby area nice and updated.

Cons:

Our room was not available at check in. After waiting 30 min past check in we were offered a downgraded room. I suggest calling to confirm your room before arriving if room type is important to you - Hyatt issue? Booking.com issue? Never received a reason. Also housekeeping knocked on door at 8:30am to clean? I even had the do not disturb sign on the door. Didn’t appreciate that. Just asked her to politely leave I was half asleep when I opened the door. Strange. To me, that’s way too early. Management handled the room issue without delay after I reached out to them via email.

Cons:

The price was high and they charged 25 for parking which was ridiculous and excessive for the time of year we visited. Plenty of parking in February. For the price of the room parking should have been included.

Close to Disney, affordable and overall nice, but not great.
Pros:

Overall it was clean and the staff were very nice. The restaurant and bar area were a nice place to hangout.

Cons:

The food and drinks were overpriced for the quality and offering. Additionally, some of the room doors have a noticeable gap, making them feel like they are not fully sealed, which allows hallway noise to carry into the room.
On weekends, the hotel hosts karaoke in the bar area, and if you are staying on the first floor, the noise level is extremely disruptive. There does not appear to be a clearly enforced cutoff time. I had to call the front desk at 1:00am due to what sounded like someone screaming into the microphone. The noise stopped briefly but resumed again just before 2:00am. This made it very difficult to sleep, especially if traveling with kids and impacted the overall stay.

Pros:

Pressão do chuveiro bem fraca e vazão da água no ralo da banheira não dava conta, tomamos banho com a água na altura do tornozelo, ou seja, bem desconfortável e nada higiênico. Pelo custo da diária eu esperava no mínimo um bom banho.
