Fabulous staff and fabulous location makes this a place to stay
Pros:

The location is amazing. Every single member of staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and restaurant food was great.

Cons:

The stairs were difficult for my husband who has Parkinson’s but we knew that before we booked
We both found the pillows very hard!

Fantastic boutique hotel run by the owner.
Great location on old harbour.
Very freidly staff and fantastic local food and all very reasonably priced

Location of room. Beside busy road so very noisy. Small shower room. False fire alarm early morning and member of staff who didn't cope very well.

Very disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast OK. Evening meals fine. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Unexceptable wet carpet between bed and en-suite.
Should not have been use until dry. No offer of alternative or compensation.
