First stop on our trip and it was an excellent being.
Pros:

Very clean. Beds were comfortable and the staff were extremely welcoming.

Cons:

Great location. Close to train station a very quiet.

Breakfast was good

Cons:

No space to sit and talk to friends. We wanted a pizza and every restaurant busy. We ordered takeout and three of us sat on our bed with bath towels as plates. Not good!

Excellent location, ideal for a budegt friendly stay without tiny business hotel room.
Pros:

Location is ideal a short walk from the Yamanote line.

Rooms are clean and cleaning staff are very generous with amenities.

Cons:

Rooms are larger than standard business hotel rooms but can be a little tight, this is expected for the price and style of hotel.

Een schoon hotel met fijne extra’s, maar helaas ook slechte wifi, harde bedden en een onhandige wasruimte.
Pros:

Het hotel was schoon en we kregen elke dag schone handdoeken, water en thee in een handig tasje. Ook was er een föhn aanwezig, wat erg fijn was!

Cons:

De wifi was erg slecht en viel regelmatig weg zonder dat je het doorhad, waardoor je ongemerkt je eigen mobiele databundel gebruikte. Ook waren de bedden aan de harde kant en was het jammer dat je op de tv geen YouTube, Netflix of andere streamingdiensten kon gebruiken.

Daarnaast was de wasruimte niet goed geregeld. Nog geen minuut nadat mijn wasmachine klaar was, had iemand mijn was er al uitgehaald en was het naar de receptie meegenomen. Iedereen kan dus zomaar andermans was uit de machine halen. Bij ons hotel in Osaka zat er een code op de wasmachine, wat een veel betere oplossing was. Doordat alle machines vervolgens bezet waren, kon ik de droger de rest van de avond niet meer gebruiken. Dit was erg onhandig.

Pros:

Overall, this was a great hotel experience in Tokyo. The facilities were clean, updated, and the breakfast was varied and of good quality. A short train walk to the train station. Convenience stores are essentially across the street. This hotel was the best of the 3 that I stayed in during my time in Tokyo. The baggage storage before and after checking in was also very helpful.
