Pros:

トイレ・バスが別はとても快適だった。
朝食の目の前で作ってくれるオムレツとフレンチトーストが美味しかった。

Cons:

朝食のメニューが2日間ほぼ同じだったところ。

Wasn’t anything to talk about but we do love Japan!
Pros:

A couple of your staffs were nice and it was clean.

Cons:

It’s felt like a hospital along with a hotel off the side of the highway. The ambience wasn’t nice nor was it aesthetically pleasing.

Pros:

I loved the service at the buffet breakfast, the hospitality of all staff, the self service of toiletries and the willingness to accommodate guests. It was also very impressed with the hotel was instrumental in getting/securing my aunt's mobile phone she had lost in a taxi.

Very enjoyable, would definitely come back.
Pros:

The most “western” of the 5 hotels I stayed at in Japan, but not in a bad way. Room was great, street facing window was nice, furniture arrangement was very good. Breakfast was wonderful and served real coffee! Desk staff was outstanding, understood English and were very helpful with arranging an airport taxi on my checkout day.

Cons:

No complaints.

Pros:

Everything was clean and tidy. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel is in quite a good location it is not that loud but close to the station. Very good for a short (up to a week) stay in Tokyo.

Cons:

Closet would be great but I understand why it is difficult to fit.
