房間內部整體舒適，離主要景點幾乎都要搭車，但交通動線單純、環境清靜
Pros:

地點：
離JR田町站走路大約7分鐘，避開平日9點前的上班人潮之外，大部分時間都還算滿清靜，車站動線也非常單純！
雖然離主要觀光景點都需要搭車，但同時有山手線、三田線、淺草線可以搭；離品川只有兩站，特別推薦給行程有橫濱、鎌倉方向，或是從羽田機場進出的旅客！

生活機能：
對面就有一家小超市、巷口有Lawson、從田町車站東口出來就有一間Life超市，非常好逛～
吃的選項也不少

房間：
浴室乾濕分離、走道可以攤開行李箱，書桌跟床的距離頗寬，就算椅子拉開也沒有壓迫感，房內採光也很好、床算有支撐性的。

Cons:

1.隔音略差，滿容易聽到走廊的動靜
2.電視螢幕、除濕機的面板灰塵有點多（但考慮冬天靜電很強，可能真的很難徹底清乾淨）
3.全棟只有兩台電梯、四台洗衣機，尖峰時間會比較難排

Good stay in Tokyo
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We stayed in February 2026, and it wasn’t cold in the room. There was a window, that you could open. The location is very good, there are many grocery stores around, subway and JR lines, so that you can easily get everywhere in Tokyo.
One morning we paid for the breakfast, for the price it was good. Other days we bought something in Life.

Pros:

I really liked this hotel! The size of the room was really decent and the bathroom was really nice! The staff were also very nice and welcoming.

The location is also very convenient and quiet. Will stay here again if i come back to Tokyo!

可以自助入住、退房，旁邊也都有櫃檯人員隨時可以提供協助。英文溝通順暢。
Pros:

房間內有乾濕分離的浴室，還有浴缸可以泡澡（飯店有提供入浴劑），非常舒適。
床很柔軟又有支撐力，非常好躺。

比起去年價格上漲了
