Tolles, sauberes und zentrales Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr gemütliches, komfortables Zimmer. Badezimmer und Betten sind sauber. Auf Wunsch wird das Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Mitarbeiter äußerst zuvorkommend.

Perfect! Best hotel out of the 7 I experienced in Japan
Pros:

I love the bathtub and how lovely the service was with the generosity of the ammenties and helpful the staff was. The bed was perfect and was made nicely. Washing machine was easily accessible and had a really good app so I didn't have sit and wait for my or other washing to be done and I love the microwave, it was very clean and easy to use. all the facilities was sooooo clean. It was also really accessible to JR lines Yamanote and Keihin Tohoku and Toei asakusa and mita lines.

Cons:

The pillows was too soft or too hard. Maybe I could've asked for another one but ceebs. This shouldn't deter you from booking this hotel though because its the best hotel ever (in relation to money spent)

Generally good, clean and convenient hotel.
Pros:

Great location and good comfortable rooms.

Cons:

No in room coffee facilities or options of any kind provided. Just an automated coffee machine in foyer. Also, booked a special rate to have a higher level floor for the view but were given a lower room and told we had no choice due to a tour group getting priority. No compensation offered for the error.
