I had a great time, was close to where I needed to be. Overall very pleased.
Pros:

Very clean, easy to access, great location.
Super friendly staff, easy check in.

Cons:

It’s a very small room.

Pros:

山手線田町駅から徒歩8分位、近くにはLAWSONとNaturalLAWSONがあり便利。
田町駅は他の駅ほど込み合わなくていい。
ツインのお部屋を予約したのですが、バストイレが別(トイレと洗面脱衣所は一緒)なのがとても快適でした！お部屋も狭すぎる事もなく、綺麗なお部屋。
朝食ビュッフェも美味しく、連泊したのですが日替わりのおかずも少しあり、両日共にレストランは込み合ってなく、のんびりと美味しい朝食が食べれて私達は大満足。
フロントロビーにはウェルカムドリンクがあり、レストラン入り口にもお部屋へ持ち込める珈琲がありよかった。
受付の際には｢女性のお客様へ｣とフェイスマスクも頂き、フロントもレストランもスタッフがとても感じがよく、気持ちよく宿泊する事ができた。
機会があればまた宿泊したいホテルです。

Erster Japan Aufenthalt - Hotel durchaus empfehlenswert
Pros:

Es war der erste Japan Aufenthalt und somit kann ich keine Vergleiche ziehen. Das Zimmer war von der Größe ok. Zimmerreinigung gab es nicht, aber es wurde jeden Tag eine Tasche mit frischen Handtüchern und Wasser vor die Tür gestellt. Wir haben die gebrauchten und den Mist im Gegenzug rausgestellt. Super ist der gegenüberliegende Seven Eleven und die U-Bahn Anbindung knappe 10Min zu Fuss. Frühstück hatten wir nicht - aber an der Rezeption gibt es gratis Kaffee und Tee, der sehr gut war und einen Korb mit Annehmlichkeiten (Zahnpasta...) zur freien Entnahme

Cons:

Early Check in war nur für einen Aufpreis von 1000 Yen pro Person pro Stunde verfügbar. Vielleicht ist das aber so üblich in Japan. Die Rezeptionisten sind sehr bemüht und höflich, wir hatten aber einen Notfall und da war es mit Englisch doch sehr schwierig - ging nur mit Translator. Im Zimmer gibt es weder eine Kasten noch Ablagefläche - nur eine kleine Garderobe, wo man ein bisschen was aufhängen kann. man lebt also aus dem Koffer - was bei der Zimmergröße dann doch ein wenig zur Herrausforderung werden kann

Pros:

Location was great..Hotel room clean, bathroom good size, bed comfortable.
We liked the free coffee machine at the reception and the easy check in and out. Also possible to lock easy your luggage at the reception area.

A more spacious and comfortable room close to public transportation and food options.
Pros:

The room is spacious for two compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Japan. The bathroom amenities were great and the room was clean. We didn’t take advantage of room cleaning and we were instead given fresh, clean towels, water bottles, and tea everyday. The weight scale in the bathroom and luggage scale in the lobby were also fantastic additions we didn’t see at other hotels. The hotel was very close to many convenience stores, restaurants, and the train station for easy access to all your needs.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tamachi train station which is helpful.
Pros:

The breakfast spread was good, there’s a choice between Japanese style breakfast or Western style breakfast. There is even an Asian selection. There was a good range of drinks, from coffee to a smoothie.

The walk to Tamachi Station is 7 minutes and there are many convenience stores around. There’s a river that you can take a walk to explore. There’s a mall Tamachi Tower Mall with a bookstore on level 4 where you can sit and read books and order a Starbucks coffee along to enjoy.

Cons:

What could have been better was the cleaning crew could have left the hairdryer plugged into the wall socket instead of always keeping it, knowing a guest is staying and using the hairdryer, other than that, everything was pretty good.
