Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und sehr zentral, man konnte von dort aus alles zu fuss gehen. Schöner Pool. Essens Möglichkeiten waren auch in unmittelbarer nähe gewesen.

Cons:

Die Schlüssel übergäbe war sehr mühsam, mussten erstmal rumtelefonieren um den Zugang zu bekommen nach einer langen anreisse war es sehr anstrengend. Etwas unverständlicher Beschreibung.

Good location, but the property needs more care.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent. The host communicated effectively and was very welcoming. The facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were great. The location is close to all tourist spots and public transport.

Cons:

The kitchen had limited utensils and no cleaning equipment. The refrigerator wasn’t working, and there were ants crawling on the living room floor. It would also be helpful to have some basic instructions or information about the property.

On as fait une demande pour loger, le propritere a accepter, on est arriver de l’aéroport, le taxi nous as déposé, on as attendu 2h le proprietaire car il n’étais pas sur place pour qu’au final il nous dise d’annuler notre réservation nous, car son appartement m’avais PAS ‘airco, donc on c’est retrouvé 5 filles toutes seules à 3h du matin à chercher un logements

Excellent property, everything was neat and clean, 51 floor swimming pool has great view of KL tower and Merdeka tower, everything was top notch, apartment rent was reasonable with fridge,microwave,washing machine,water heater. Will love to travel again !!!

We truly appreciate the hotel staff and the owner. They are extremely quick to respond and very helpful. The service is top-notch—whenever we needed anything, they replied promptly and assisted us right away. Overall, a great experience.
