Ok for what I needed but the noise prevented me from having a relaxing saturday evening.
Pros:

Location was good allowed me to drive straight to my place of work down canterbury rd sunday morning direct to Millgrove market.

Cons:

Noisy the day I checked in noise dropped off at 11.30 pm and that was fine as I could only bed down at 12 midnight but had I needed to bed down earlier it could have been an issue. Also shower water was low pressure and the hot water tap handle literally came off in my hands . Better get their plumbing maintaince up to scratch as its poor.

Pros:

Very close to Knox private hospital and close by to get a bite to eat

Cons:

The way there was only one light that turns on the bathroom and were the basin was needs to be separated lights.
And needed 2 chair and should of been told we had to climb stairs to the rooms I wouldn’t of been able to stay after knee surgery .. but very clean thanks again ., would recommend this to family and friends .

Excellent, very happy to go back
Pros:

Clean newly furbished room with everything we could need (except a coffee machine). Convenient for the event we were attending at the Golf Club, easily caught bus & train to & from Hotel.

Cons:

$100 deposit was debited from our Credit Card on arrival - not just put on hold as happens in other hotels. Finally refunded 5 days later. Some people might struggle with the stairs to access the rooms.
