Will use this venue for the next trip to eastern suburbs Melbourne.
Pros:

Location was appropriate, sign-in was easy, room was very clean. This room was very good value for money.

Cons:

The light over the mirror shines on the top of your head. Had to use my own torch and mirror to apply make-up.

Would not recommend unless you are a smoker & don’t mind the noise from patrons & music in the outdoor dining a
Pros:

Staff were understanding & organised refund for the other 2 nights accomodation paid, as we needed to find alternate accomodation. Not easy during the Grand Prix!
Refund was to go into our account that day (Friday), however it hasn’t, so will follow up on Monday.

Cons:

The rooms were located above a pub & club areas. No mention of this in advertising.
The room although non smoking smelt of smoke. This was a major issue for my partner who was awake all night with asthma symptoms. The smell seems to be coming from the aircon vent.
The bed was also very uncomfortable, rolling into the middle of the mattress.
