청소에 조금 더 신경써야겠네요
Pros:

출장가서 숙박했습니다. 욕조가 있는 방이었는데 배수구 주변으로 물때가 있는걸 보고 조금 고민했습니다. 혹시나 지워지지 않는 세월의 때 일수 있으니 일회용 칫솔로 슬쩍 문질렀더니 다 벗겨지더군요. 이번 밤은 반신욕을 하지 않기로 했습니다. 테이블 아래에도 먼지가 많이 보였습니다. 공기청정기를 작동하면 냄새가 나서 껐습니다. 청소에 조금 더 신경써주세요

Pros:

I checked in at 1am and the bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Couldn’t find the remote for AC as well. It’s supposed to have 24 hour front desk but there was no one after we checked in and we called the phone number and no one answered. We couldn’t use the AC so opened the window and slept. The pillow cover was dirty so we covered it with towels and slept. In the morning, we talked to the front desk and he apologized and he said he will inform the cleaning team. I booked 4 nights but after 1 night I checked out so I asked him for refund for rest of the trip. He said he will talk to Hotels.com and follow the guidelines. I talked to hotels.com and they said they had hard time talking to them but eventually they refused the refund for three nights that I did not stay. I visited Korea for my dad’s funeral and my mom’s place has only one bathroom so that’s why I booked the hotel but it ruined my whole trip. I only stayed only one night and got charged for almost $400

Needs to pay attention a bit more to the cleanness of the rooms. Some rooms for example offer a Styler but they reack to humidity and sweat from other guests. My guess those are not properly cleaned between stays.

편리한 위치에 가성비 좋은 숙소에요. 2년 전쯤 방문한 적이 있는데 그동안 욕실 비품등 리노베이션을 하신거 같아요, 더 깨긋하고 편안한 숙박이 되었습니다.

에어컨 청소 필요함
Pros:

딸아이가 더위를 많이 타서 에어컨 틀었었는데 청소를 한 번 해야할 것 같았어요.
그리고 화장실 천정에 뭔가 튄 흔적이 많아서 청소가 필요해보입니다.
그 외 침대랑 침구, 방 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았습니다.

간단히 1박 할 숙소가 필요했어요.
둘째날 아침 일정이 있어서 목적지에 가까운곳으로 찾아봤는데, 여기보다 더 가까우면 저렴하지만 완전 모텔로 보였고, 기존에 대전에 가면 머무는 숙소들이 서너군데 있는데.. 거기는 다 둘째날 일정에서 너무 멀어서...

어반브라운의 장점은 젤 저렴한 방이었는데 스타일러 + 대체적으로 깔끔 + 나름 여유있는 주차장 이었습니다.
비슷한 일정으로 다시 대전을 방문해야 한다면 다시 숙박할 의사 있습니다.
