Pros:

We were travelling for our anniversary and we got a free upgraded room with some chocolates and a sweet little note left - a lovely touch from the hotel! The room amenities were great - bed super comfy!
The location is perfect near Namba station and local convenience stores. The amenities were great. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment but staff were friendly and helpful! Laundry easy to use

Çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
Pros:

Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Özellikle hem doğu hem batı kahvaltısının ve açık büfe şeklinde olması bizim için çok iyiydi. Konumu sadece merkeze bir tık daha yakın olsa süper olurdu.

Etablissement moderne et conforme à la description. Très bien situé dans le quartier de Namba très central et animé pour visiter Osaka. Hôtel dans une artère plus calme après quelques minutes de marche. Cafés et restaurants sympa à proximité. Très bien équipé. Chambre au 14ème étage avec une vue sur la ville. Personnel à l'accueil très efficace et accueillant.
