Lovely hotel in a great location for us that met our expectations. We have booked a return stay already.
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. The rooms were immaculate. Well located being close to metro and downtown eateries.

Great, Modern, Clean and Convenient Hotel!
Pros:

Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location.
Enjoyed the design and layout of the room. My family and I had 2 rooms and we enjoyed our stay!

My second time staying here at FF Osaka
Pros:

Staff was able to change my room after my first room weird smell. Room was clean. Staff in general were very nice and approachable.

Cons:

The microwave was located in the G floor which is not very convenient. Laundry was a bit expensive than Kyoto and Tokyo…

Un hôtel confortable et parfait pour découvrir Osaka
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité des transports et de plusieurs des quartiers les plus vivants d'Osaka. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse et très confortable. Le personnel est aux petits soins. La vue de la chambre sur la ville est par ailleurs très belle.

Ok not the best.
Pros:

Breakfast ok.

Excellent Location close to dotonburi

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms and both rooms smelled, weird smell, like vinegary .we have to open the windows which did not solve the issue .

It was bothering as the room did not feel clean and fresh which is a letdown as the rooms are modern and looks new .

Desayuno muy completo! La habitacion amplia y comoda para dos personas! El gimnasio super bueno y completo! Ubicado a metros de la estacion de Namba

Clean rooms; very good room service. Good location for visiting the city.

Cons:

Parking not available. Poor knowledge of English at reception and cold attitude. Breakfast time was not enjoyable at all due to large groups of customers at the same time (bus groups).
