Good hotel with westernised style, lovely stay, would recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast!!! Very Japanese style and authentic, with assorted options. Bed is really soft, room is nice and clean. Room clean service is fast and efficient.

Cons:

There is no coffee at breakfast after 9:20 or so, although breakfast ends at 10:30. It is a little bit far from Namba station is travelling with a large suitcase.

Everything is ok, but definitely not even close to Marriott standard.
Pros:

It was clean and staff was nice.

Cons:

Room on the second floor, right next to busy street. Breakfast wasn't too great.

Staff were very nice and accomodationg very clean facility great food

Cons:

Food options i hope they can improve on their food options they served in buffet breakfast. Most specially to their protein menu i hope they can also serve katsu karage and other protein food options to their breakfast
