All in all, it was a place to sleep and that's about it.
Pros:

It was in the perfect location where we needed it! The AC was great especially with how hot it was outside. Plenty of parking spaces!

Cons:

We were turned away when we arrived to check in, being told that someone on the second floor had a "late checkout". So we were told to come back in an hour. Turns out we were on the first floor. The room was put together. Shower was definitely NOT cleaned. Toilets don't flush well at all. Internet is extremely touch and go, you'd be better to not use it at all really.

I will never stay here again

This property is not ran correctly.

Cons:

As soon as we go inside our room the front desk called and said we had to pay more money for our pet. I could understand the man because his English was bad so we had an argument over the phone, and as soon as we left to go get something to eat we got back to our room and was locked out of our room for 30 mins. Because the deactivated our keys.

Cons:

NO COLD WATER. Hot water in the toilet, sink faucet, and shower faucet. Someone could be scalded if they went into shower and turned cold and hot on. Hot water only!

My wife called it the Bates Hotel.
Pros:

We didn't eat there because we didn't trust the food's safety or cleanliness. Although it was not in English, the owner/manager appeared to be arguing loudly with a family member or staff member. There were no lights on in the breakfast area, though the manager did stir a pot at one point; we are not sure what was prepared.

Cons:

The hotel was dirty and not well-maintained. The first room we were assigned had a broken bathroom mirror taped together and broken furniture. The TV remote did not work, and it was on a Spanish channel. When we complained, we were reassigned to another room. The second room was better, but the TV remote was not set up to adjust volume or change channels. Towels and washcloths had yellow stains. Blankets had holes in them. The sheets were all wrinkled, making us wonder whether they had been changed after the last guest. If there was an elevator to the second floor, it must have been out of service. Fire doors at stairways were left propped open.

Pros:

I was suprised when my request for a ground floor room was denied. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot when I checked in and only 3 when I left. Not many guests here. I'm sure there was one
available. Also, the breakfast was terrible. Col biscuits, Cold and clearly leftover gravy. I tried the waffle maker. The batter was old and separated when I tried to pour some out. Don't waste your money here. This is my second stay at this facility and it wasn't any better than the first.
On the up side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked but sounds like it's on its last leg.
