موظفين الاستقبال وحده هندية حجزت يومين عن طريق الموقع ولكن لم ادخل رقم الفيزا قالت لي سوف احجز لك الغرفة كان سعر الغرفة في الموقع 443 ريال هي عملت لي السعر 400 ريال وقلت لها لمدة يومين قالت نعم اليوم الثاني لم أستطيع النوم من كثر الاتصال علي الغرفة وطلب مني مراجعة الاستقبال وعندما حضرت طلب مني المدير ان ادفع ليله ثانيه 221ريال وسوف يجدد لي الغرفه ودفعت والخطاء من الموظفه وليس مني وهذا فندق 5 نجوم المفروض تكون المعامله افضل من هذا النصب علما انني قطري الجنسيه واستطيع طلب الشرطة في موضوع مثل هذا…
