Pros:

Персонала беше много любезен и усмихнат!
Стаите бяха чисти и удобни!Басейна беше с много топла вода! Бих посетила отново!

Много добра почивка
Pros:

Закуската и вечерята бяха на ниво с малки изключения. Храната беше прясна. Стаята се почистваше всеки ден, всяка една свободна чиния се отсервираше моментално. Разстоянието до плажа е буквално около 200м, пресичаш улицата и си там.

Cons:

Паркингът, който е към хотела е на около 500 м от него и се ходи пеша около 7/8 мин по пътното платно. На моменти има неприятна миризма идваща най-вероятно от канализацията. WI FI е безобразно слаб и почти няма връзка с устройствата, ако си там на почивка служебно и ти трябва интернет за лаптоп или телефон няма да стане.

My overall impression: I will never return.
Pros:

Great location – the hotel is right behind the beach, and the sea is literally just a few steps away.

Cons:

The biggest downside was the parking. It is not located next to the hotel, and guests have to walk along a busy main road with no lighting. The sidewalks are overgrown with trees and bushes, the area is poorly maintained, and it feels unsafe after dark. Returning to the hotel at night was genuinely unpleasant and concerning.

What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing that certain guests were allowed to park right next to the hotel. When I asked about this, Julia from reception simply replied, “That’s how we decided to do it.” I found this response unprofessional, dismissive, and rather arrogant. A hotel should apply its rules consistently and treat all guests with the same level of respect.

the say was okay, but not good. this hotel should not have 4 stars, rather 3.
Pros:

the proximity to the beach
the pool is perfect size and very clean

Cons:

the parking is half a kilometer away.
some of the dishes at dinner were not fresh at all, cooked several days before. me and the children had problems with the digestions after eating this food.
the shower sprays the whole bathroom with water, very uncomfortable bathroom and toilet.
some of the staff members were lazy and unfriendly.
