The staff were really nice and friendly. The food was amazing, very tasty and diverse. They had their own bakery which was admirable!

Vyhřívaný bazén asi z FVE, všude velmi čisto. Příjemný personál, který se o nás opravdu staral. Denně úklid pokojů a výměna ručníků. Vynikající jídlo jak ke snídani, tak k večeři a velký výběr. Blízko k moři, na jednu z nejlepších pláží v oblasti Burgasu a okolí.

Cons:

Poměrně špatná a nestabilní wifi, to je asi jediná chyba.

Ne-am încărcat bateriile și dorim să revenim.
Pros:

Locul m-a impresionat prin liniște, siguranță,atmosferă în armonie. Micul dejun de bună calitate.

Cons:

Posibilitatea de a mă deplasa în zona istorică cu un mijloc de transport în comun. Era greu de găsit o parcare pentru a ne deplasa cu mașina proprie.

Стаята беше чиста.

Cons:

Не останах доволна от обслужването на персонала - липсваше любезност. Храната беше гадна и не отговаряше на очакванията ми. Нямаше разнообразие.

Pros:

Стаите се чистят редовно, басейните също са чисти, персоналът е любезен. Хотелът е на 5 мин от плажа, плажът е чист, подходящ за малки деца.

Cons:

Храната не беше много разнообразна. Имаше много салати, но без надпис, за да се ориентираме коя салата каква е. Вечерята беше до 21 ч., което за лятото, когато денят е дълъг, е доста необичайно. Определено има какво да се подобри по отношение на кухнята!

Единственото неудобство е при влизането на паркинга.Ако колата ви е по-ниска, ще опре при влизане на паркинга.Ако сте с джип, няма да има проблем
