Pros:

Staff members are absolutely professional and cool, they are nice and go extra mile to help. Even the restaurant staff members also.

A decent stay for a business traveller with no car
Pros:

Location was convenient to the CTICC, V&A, Bo-kaap, Artscape Theatre etc
The room was comfortable, and spacious.

Cons:

Room 202 did not have a wardrobe
There was a constant smell of dagga that lingered from the outside onto the different floors.
I paid R700 to park behind the hotel, in the private parking for a 5 day stay, in which a parking space was not secured, and there was no night guard.

my stay was as expected, the staff was nice and welcoming

it was at a convenient location and the breakfast was good

Cons:

they didnt have any coffee/teas in the kitchen, it would have been nice to have some for when we want to drink it at night or during the day, after lunch

Excellent location and room size for the price. A little hard to find, especially after dark

The room was clean and tidy. Nice and spacious for the price and location

Cons:

I arrived at 10pm and it was a little hard to find. There was also a homeless person who approached me in the dark on my way there. But this is not uncommon in South Africa. Visitors should be aware of their surroundings, especially after dark. One thing that could be improved upon is that there was a smell in the corridor of the hotel. No issues in the room though.

Pros:

The room was nice . Air con worked well . Tv was good but no audio option to speak and make tv work which can be upgraded to latest version. One issue is ondentku take shower the washroom water somehow comes out of the door not much but still it does comes out.

Well the kitchenetter is fine but cooking utensils can be improved more .

Its is clean and exactly as shown on pictures.
