Very convenient comfortable and staff was great.
Pros:

The location is brilliant it’s in walking distance to all the amenities and the waterfront.

Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel's location is excellent, with the CTICC within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for conferences and events. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

During my stay, I found a few cockroaches in the room. On the first night, I saw two on the floor next to my bed, and on the third night, I found another two on the kitchenette counter. While the rest of my stay was pleasant, this was disappointing and suggests that the room could benefit from more thorough pest control.

I liked the very spacious and beautiful room..also the surrounding area was awsome ..and the breakfast the next morning was absolutely fabulous...thnx too your chef

I was on 2nd floor and there was lots of noise coming from the 3rd floor...but otherwise everything else was good

From the friendly staff to the clean, comfy rooms to the breakfast, it was a real blessing.
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. A huge variety to choose from and made in front of you meaning everything is fresh. The staff were so friendly, and they really make you feel at home. I would definitely stay there again on my next holiday.

Cons:

I had no complaints at all. Everything was perfect. I only have good things to say regarding our stay.

Nice enough place to stay but definitely need to consider more safety for guests travelling alone,
Pros:

Receptionist was friendly on arrival - also all the security guards on duty were helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and cleaned nicely.

Cons:

The location is what ruins it, did not feel safe especially coming from work at night. The parking is behind the building and the guys who you pay to park there almost threaten you to pay. You have to walk through a dark alley to get back to reception with no one to assist you with bags so not ideal for women travelling alone.

Cons:

Wink should have their own parking area, off street parking is very expensive.
We used "The Capetonian" parking bay all weekend🙆pretending to be "their" guests😲🤭( else it's R15 p/hr🤨) ... God forgave me🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly
I'd suggest you invest in a coffee machine though, the flask taste is very overpowering.

Bongi was exceptional😊
I'll definitely recommend and go back 🤗
