O hotel é perfeito e o atendimento o ponto alto. No dia da chegada estava chovendo e não conseguimos acessar de carro. Prontamente fomos redirecionados para um hotel em Trancoso onde ficamos por uma noite e no dia seguinte tudo já estava resolvido para nossa chegada, fomos super bem recebidos, a equipe do bar da praia ao restaurante é muito dócil, ágil e solicita.
Não há vista mais bonita da Praia do Espelho que a do Calá. O hotel é um sonho e redefine o significado de conforto: nada é excessivo, nada briga com a paisagem lá fora. Da limpeza ao estilo dos quartos, das salas e ambientes distribuídos pelo terreno aos acessos à praia, que não brigam com a natureza, impera um luxo silencioso. Delícia de café da manhã. A equipe toda é nada menos que excelente.

A beleza natural do hotel que fica em cima da falésia é incrível. Local ideal para descanso e relaxamento. A vista da praia do espelho é maravilhosa, os funcionários todos muito gentis e atenciosos. O quarto que ficamos foi o n.5 e ele era muito aconchegante e confortável. A comida tanto no restaurante do hotel como no bar da praia são deliciosas.
A estrada para chegar ao hotel, partindo de Trancoso, é de terra e o percurso de carro dura aproximadamente 1 hora. Quando chove, formam poças que dificultam um pouco a passagem. Dica: Colocar no Waze Condomínio Outeiro das Brisas e, chegando lá, basta seguir as placas para o hotel Calá e Divino.

Vista, localização, atendimento, tranquilidade e limpeza, estava tudo ótimo.
É preciso passar por um trecho de estrada não pavimentada para acessar o local. Se for alugar um carro prefira SUV.

Amazing hotel in the most gorgeous setting you can imagine. The mirror beach is breathtaking and so are the sunrises and the low tides. Delicious food. Everything was stunning. Nara took very well care of us and all the staff were so nice and helpful. Dreaming of coming back.

Breakfast and service were subpar (really subpar) for a 400 dólar a night place. To charge additional 10 percent of service was an unpleasant surprise (learned after the booking). And prices were 20 or 30 percent lower booking directly at the property, which I realized once I got there (not sure if it is 20 or 30 as I don’t know if booking directly there is also a 10 percent charge for service).
Everything was excellent, location, rooms, food, service. It is a real jewel, especially for guests looking for a slow down, relaxed atmosphere, a wonderful place fully integrated in the middle of a very privileged natural setting
The location is stunning, a bit difficult to get to, but absolutely worthwhile. The views of the hotel are fantastic.
There are a few things that can be improved:
- there are no sunbeds on the beach, only chairs that I didn’t find the most comfortable for spending a few hours on
- the dinner menu for the half pension is not very big and identical every day
- Price of drinks and food on the beach is a bit excessive
