I booked this online Saturday morning for Saturday night and Sunday morning, paid for it, received a confirmation and drive three hours to arrive at the hotel at 7;00 pm, get to the hotel and go to the front desk where is no one there and a note that says call this number for desk help, I call tell man that I am looking to check in and he says we don’t have any rooms so I tell him that I already booked it and paid for it and he says there are no available rooms, your room was canceled, no one called me or sent me any texts or emails saying this. I then called my credit card company to dispute this matter and called. Book.com and explained the situation to the both companies. I paid $87.27 for one room and received a $5.74 credit from book.com. Still disputing the case with book.com until I get the rest of my money. Bad management, bad customer service and the price they charge for a room is expensive from the look of the hotel on the outside. Don’t go here ! Not worth the stress and money

i DID not stay! This hotel is despicable! It shouldn't be advertised on your site at all! I don't think a bedbug would stay in this out house! I want a refund asap!

it lived up to its designation as a 2 star hotel. I suggest you head to the next exit.
Pros:

Drove till i got tired and this hotel happened to be there conveniently right off the highway. The manager was the best part of the stay. VERY friendly and helpful. 5 stars to him. From the looks of some of the people staying there, the poor guy has his hands ffull.

Cons:

The room was passable. The bed was clean as was the bathroom. But the rug in the room was filthy. i was afraid to walk on it with my bare feet It has to go!!!!

Worst hotel in America
Pros:

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at !!!! If I could of got my money back and went somewhere else I would of . Never staying there again!!! Mold smell rooms have dirt everywhere
