The air conditioning in the bedroom is set at 22 Deg C and can't be adjusted, far too warm. It is also set on saver mode where the air conditioning stops and starts when reaching set temperature meaning it goes quiet then noisy all night, not got for sleeping.
Being on a main road, police cars and sirens stre heard regularly through the night.
Prima hotel zeer centraal gelegen op een mooie lokatie. Als je net zo als wij alleen in het hotel komt om te slapen is het een prima hotel.
Thank you everything was Great, Location was perfect for Restaurants, shopping and site seeing, we came by Tram , just a short walk from the Mercado stop. We will certainly book here again.

- Nice and spacious bathroom, and decent furniture choices
- Good central location, with easy access to everything
- Comfortable beds
- Good desk in the room
- Overall a lot of noise, bad insulation, noise from people shouting from outside. Especially to avoid are the weekends. Also noise coming from other rooms above and nearby will not be blocked. The double glazed windows don't seem that effective or the noise is really too much really.
- There's many better options nearby in quieter areas
- not of good value for the money paid!
We recently spent a week at this hotel, and were sad to leave. We had a superior twin room on the 4th floor and were very happy with it. It wasn't massive but it was clean and comfortable, They provide a kettle and fridge and we found Yorkshire tea in the nearby supermarket! The bathroom had a lovely big walk in shower.. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. There are cafes nearby for breakfast, and just across the road is the picturesque old town, where you'll find lots of restaurants
