The rooms were clean and comfortable and the water pressure was great!
Pros:

We left early in the morning. Breakfast was not available at that time.

Cons:

The signage outside could have been more visible. It was very difficult to see the sign and even our driver had a hard time finding the hotel. This is something that could be easily fixed. Otherwise the location was excellent!

Lage direkt beim Patan Square, genialer «roof top»-Bereich, wo man auch essen kann.
Sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Excellent location, lovely staff and the hotel was decorated to a high standard.

Cons:

Its a renovation of an old building. We had a balcony room on the 3rd floor. You need ear plugs! The stairs are noisy, especially the metal stairs that lead up to the roof bar. There is also some sort of alarm, I think it maybe on the doors if they are left open, that goes off in the night at various intervals.

Location couldn’t be better.
Stuff are all nice.
Classy and chic building. Room was cozy and wooden beams and stucco walls were just cool.
Spent 3 nights and got to really relax.
Great deal!

Cons:

Waited for 15 minutes till breakfast was served.
Low season thing.
My coffee cup was empty when food came. I asked for a refill.
They said it was going to be charged.
I agreed to pay, because I had nothing to drink after a 15 minute wait.
This kind of made me feel really sad.
Refill was free on the 1st day after 15 minutes of wait
