Overnight whilst walking Lycian Way
Pros:

Clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. Quite small rooms but lovely large balcony for some outside space. Unfortunately we are here in bad weather so not fully utilised Definitely recommend. Right on the Lycian Way path so ideal position for us on our hike

Fantastic, relaxing stay - thank you for the room upgrade!
Pros:

Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. I was upgraded to an amazing top floor room with a jacuzzi, which was wonderful after 4 days of hiking!

Cons:

I was there in the off season so the restaurant was not open

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr gutes frisch zubereitetes Frühstück reichhaltig und freundlich serviert gutes Ambiente im ganzen Hotel . Traumhafte Aussicht auf die Kalkan Bucht nur ein paar Schritte in die Altstadt.
Sehr zu empfehlen wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very Average Hotel
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Dinner patio view although didn't eat there and only sat there occasionally. Empty as end of season.

Cons:

I paid extra for a sea view but it was a stretch to say that's what we got. Very small balcony and not a great view considering the area and price. Breakfast was ok but the same every day, we ate out on the last day.

Pros:

Staff very welcoming They found us a double room as I'd made the mistake of booking a twin.. This turned out to be an upgrade with sea view. The breakfast was excellent with great service. Lovely views.

Cons:

We had nothing to be negative about, but think twice about staying anywhere in Kalkan if you cannot walk up and down the old hill!

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal super freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Great holiday
Pros:

The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast was lovely with the option of freshly made eggs and omelets. There was also a large selection of fresh bread and a whole buffet to choose from.
The room was cleaned every day and the hotel was spotless.

Pros:

We had a fabulous stay. Staff were so lovely and attentive. Breakfast was really fresh and wide array of buffet style Turkish breakfast. 10 minute walk from Main restaurant area. Yali beach club down hill which is connected to the hotel was perfect for lazy days.

- Shower heating is the worst. First day was cold water. Next days, water alternating between cold and super hot.
- I found 2 long hairs in the plates in breakfast.
- A cat was wandering around clean plates in breakfast.
- No beach towels.

Pros:

I loved the Hotel breakfast was amazing so much to eat from the buffet. The pool is awesome. Staff are 5 star very helpful and friendly. It's walking distance to mostly everywhere we went. Will diffneatly stay there again

Pros:

First the good:
A number of staff went the extra mile. Those worthy of mention are Seba in Reception (unfortunately Seba left), Joseph, Restaurant Maître d, Orhan, Waiter and Chef Deniz.
Adequate basic breakfast. Needs variation.
The not so good:
Unfortunately, those that went the extra mile were let down by those with a laissez faire attitude. The Management of Saray Suites deserve special mention for the wrong reasons: There was little or no managerial direction or focus on what is important i.e., the customer and their basic requirements. Examples of this: water, tea and coffee and basic toiletries not restocked, standard of cleanliness was poor, bordering on abysmal.
The Garden Room, Private Pool, wasn't as advertised in that it was supposed to sleep 4. Our room, 118 didn't. It wasn't a problem for my wife and I as were the only 2 occupying the room. The additional room was locked and we were later told by the Manager that it was uninhabitable due to excessive damp on the walls!
Now the awful:
The bathroom was dated, the drains stank, there was mould on the tiles and grouting. DISGUSTING.
It is worthy of note that there is not a single picture of room 118's bathroom!
Sitting area around the pool stank of sewage making it unusable!
The above were brought to Management's attention for the first few days, then we gave up. During the latter part of the second week of our stay, the owner of the hotel visited and he was shown the smelly damp walls and mouldy bathroom.
