朝食にスープカレーや海鮮丼（盛り放題）があったのが良かった
おしゃれで落ち着いた内装
札幌駅から徒歩五分以内でご飯食べに行くのも電車に乗るのもバスに乗るのも良い

朝食が評判なのは味と種類の多さでわかりました
設備も新しいので劣化もしていません
エレベーターが４台あるのにすごく待たされストレスを感じた

ただチェックイン時はシステム的、３泊の宿泊時は挨拶は１度だけ返すこともないときもあり　スタッフのレベルはホテルのブランド、西鉄ソラリア　ではないと思う　

また札幌駅から雨が降ってる日にキャリーバックを転がしてくるバリアフリーの通路（地下通路へのエレベーター）が近くに見つからなかった

先日利用させていただきました！
少し夜遅くのチェックインになりましたが、機械でのチェックインで必要な情報を入力するだけでチェックインでき、またフロントスタッフの方の説明も必要最低限でささっと手続きをすることができて良かったです。
また、スタッフさんの笑顔もとても素敵でいい気持ちになりました。
客室も綺麗でおしゃれでとても素敵でした！上下別れているタイプのナイトウェアで、とても動きやすいし着心地も好きでした。
ホテルの朝食を楽しみに予約させていただいたのですが、想像以上のラインナップで朝から苦しくなるくらい沢山いただきました😊
とても素敵なホテルだったのでまた利用したいです！ありがとうございました。

The reception staff were extremely poor. This was the most unpleasant experience during my 5-day stay. My initial expectations for Sapporo were completely ruined by the attitude of the staff at the reception desk. The service was extremely poor. I will never stay at this hotel again. Please be aware of this when planning to visit Japan. 非常差勁的櫃台服務人員，入住5天來最不愉快的事情，原本對札幌市的期待完全被該飯店櫃檯人員的態度影響到，一位矮個子身材胖胖戴眼鏡，留男生型短頭髮的女櫃台人員，及一位男性人員是非常惡劣的服務，這個飯店品牌我再也不會入住，請各位想來日本的旅客注意

ただ、大浴場の脱衣所の匂いが気になるのと洗い場の床が少々滑りやすく注意が必要かなと思いました。

大浴場があり、それがとてもよかった。
3人で宿泊したが、部屋のシャワーだと順番で時間がかかるが、みんな一斉に行けるので時間の節約にかなりなった。
大浴場の中もそとの脱衣所も、清潔感があり、私が行った時間はいつも、髪の毛などが落ちているなどきにならなかった。
スタッフも感じよく、コンパクトだが、とても気持ちのいい滞在ができた。
