一人のスタッフの対応で、全てが残念な印象です。

綺麗に整えられた部屋でした。

Cons:

ひとえに、一人のスタッフ。初めての東横インの利用の旨を告げたところ、メンバー登録を勧められた為、応じたものの、支払い時には1500円必要と分かり(事前の説明では500円と聞こえた)、やはり結構ですとお断りすると、露骨に不快な表情に。その後、部屋の鍵を渡され、お風呂に入り部屋着の備えがないことに気づきフロントに問い合わせると、フロントにありますとのこと。初めて利用することを伝えたにも関わらず、ホテルの利用についての説明はなく、あるのは会員登録のことだけで、断ると不快な対応。テレビコマーシャルも積極的に流されてる中、楽しみに利用したのに、この対応は非常に残念でした。他にも選択肢が多くある中で、もう、利用はないと思います。

コスパ良い！
Pros:

色々なホテルにこの1週間泊まっていて、比較すると、コスパは1位だと思いました。フロント付近のロッカーもチェックイン前に便利でした。朝食のために、エレベーターを降りて扉が開くと、朝食のスタッフのおば様達が元気にあいさつしてくれたり、親切で癒されました。とても満足しました。

Al lado de la estación, perfecto para hacer 1 noche, visitar el castillo y el complejo engyo-ji donde se grabó el último samurai!
También se pueden dejar las maletas después del check inn.

Pros:

当日でも快く予約ができて、喫煙と禁煙の入力を間違えていたのに、すぐに禁煙の部屋に変更してくださり、とても嬉しかったです。
ありがとうございました。
朝食も大満足でした。

Cons:

禁煙の部屋でしたが、お部屋の臭いが…少々鼻についたくらいです。
