Pros:

セルフでチェックイン・アウトの形式ですが、スタッフさんがすぐ側にいるので親切に教えてくれます。
連泊の場合も指定のステッカー(室内にあります)を部屋の外側ドアに貼っておけば二日に一回の掃除で、タオルも新しい物を袋に入れて、ドアに引っ掛けてくれます。あまり部屋に入って欲しくない場合は大変ありがたいです。

Cons:

朝食が6時からなのですが、少し遅めに行くと席が埋まっています。部屋で食べられるように出来ますが、沢山召し上がる方や温かいお茶を追加で飲みたい方はまた降りて来なければならない面倒さがあります。

部屋によるのか隣室がトイレの水を流した音が結構聞こえます。駅が近いのもあり、深夜結構煩いので耳栓必須です。

夜寝るだけ、早めの朝食を食べる人には良いと思う。
Pros:

朝食付きでありがたかったし、おいしかった。
荷物の預け入れロッカーは便利で良かった。

Cons:

混雑時のエレベーターと朝食会場のキャパオーバー。
