It’s prefect to stay with its location and services and staff.
Pros:

It’s a great place to stay, amazing location, close to sea port, close to the tramway and a wild selection of restaurants all around. The staff were great and very helpful.

Pros:

The location close to the Karakoy ferry and Bosphorus was fantastic. The room was spacious and very clean, all facilities worked perfectly. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The views of the Bosphorus from the breakfast room and roof terrace were really good. All in all a fantastic hotel.

Cons:

It wasn't a problem for us but be aware that the call to prayer will occur very early in the morning from the mosque next door and is pretty loud - a surprise if you weren't expecting it!

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (Ibrahim, Yusuf, Umutcan), Lage absolut top, im Zimmer alles was man erwartet, Frühstück umfangreich und lecker

Cons:

Die Fußböden in den Zimmern könnten sauberer sein. Es wurde nicht gewischt und die Füße waren schwarz ohne Hausschuhe. Bad sehr eng und Klimaanlage bei 27 Grad gerade noch so okay in unserem Zimmer.

Все было отлично! Местоположение удобное, все пешей доступности, номер чистый, персонал отеля очень внимательный, ресторан на терассе просто великолепен.

Cons:

Местоположение удобное, но один недостаток, что машина не сможет подъехать до двери отеля. Но работники молодцы, они встретили и проводили до машины.

La habitación que nos tocó es pequeña para tres personas. Además es interna. La ventana da al hall del hotel que está techado. Por lo tanto, no tiene ventilación y es oscura

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at The German port hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, just a short distance from everything, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

L’emplacement
La literie et les oreillers
L accueil et la gentillesse des équipes
La salle du petit déjeuner est splendide : vue sur le Bosphore

La salle en bas d accueil

Cons:

Petit déjeuner vaste mais pas à mon goût
Pas assez international
La chambre très petite et l’accès à la douche
Très compliqué de ouvrir et fermer la porte en étant dedans
Je mettrais plus d équipements : sèche cheveux trousse de première nécessité avec coton et cotons tiges et de quoi poser la valise à l horizontal
L hôtel peut montrer quelques signes de vétusté mais fait vraiment le job
