We had 3 rooms for 2 nights. Staff was amazing, went above and beyond. Location was great. We'd definitely stay again. (Bed in 2101 is hard as a rock, pick any other room)
The hotel was perfect. The rooms were clean and it was centrally located near shopping, sites and teams. Perfect!
Hotel was clean, front desk helpful with retrieving lost luggage, great breakfast friendly staff, guided to excellent restaurant across the street with charming bohemian vibe-great food and wine.
The spa was excellent with great hammam and massages by cute Balinese women!

Located within Istanbul. Very convenient as it is close to the Galata Tower, shops, and restaurants. The only slight downside is that it is tucked away which is not easily seen. Nonetheless, I recommend this place because the staff is very courteous and accommodating.
The main issue with this hotel was that the family room had no proper windows, only small openings into an enclosed space. While the rooms were a good size for a family, the lack of natural light made them feel quite suffocating. Breakfast was very basic for the price—no omelettes or yoghurts offered. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Topnotch hotel all around. Only tiny downside is it can be hard to navigate to and from the hotel since it’s a bit hidden away, but that can also be a plus, not necessarily a bad thing.
Surprisingly beautiful hotel you wouldn’t expect from the outside. Walkable to the Karakoy tram station and easy access to Galata Bridge and other sites. We enjoyed our stay here with family and kids. Very clean and well maintained with friendly staff.

Beautiful property and room! Located in a good area to access the port, restaurants, shops, and nearby neighbourhoods. Very helpful staff!
I love the breakfast area. It is at 4th floor. Open area cross the sea. It was wonderful. Also I would like to appreciate one of the reception staff Mr. Yashar. There are lots of tours for the city and Yashar helped me to navigate through them by booking few wonderful tours for me and my family.
All the staff were nice and friendly during our stay. We appreciate their welcoming attitude throughout it. The reason for this one star is the obvious chemical smell that masks across the entire hotel. It is extremely irritating and I would warn others with allergies or sensitivities to such smells and irritants to stay away. It made the stay quite unbearable. It is also obvious they spray bug repellent everywhere throughout the hotel yet our room was still full of bugs making it very uncomfortable.
It was a hidden gem. Close to the port, the tram & the subway!
Not good at all will never go back
This hotel is absolutely superb in terms of value for money. It’s located in a great district of Istanbul—conveniently close to Galata Tower and with easy access to the city center. Taxis are readily available nearby, and if you’re up for a 30-minute walk, you can reach the main mosques on foot, which makes exploring very flexible.
The interior of the hotel is stunning, with stylish decor and a strong sense of character. Although the street outside may look a bit bleak at first glance, I actually found it quite charming—it had its own unique vibe that added to the experience.
The rooms were extremely spacious, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. Each unit included two rooms and a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast bar was also excellent—plentiful and delicious.
What truly stood out was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.
The only drawback was the weak Wi-Fi and phone signal in the far end building where I stayed. Connectivity was a challenge at times. With the addition of a few signal boosters, this place would be virtually perfect.
Highly recommended overall for anyone visiting Istanbul.
