Pros:

Alla reception e al ristorante il personale è davvero gentilissimo

Cons:

Avevamo una camera familiare ed è fastidioso quando ti accorgi di non avere asciugamani a sufficienza In camera. Inoltre non mettono mai acqua.
Chi pulisce la stanza non mette mai in ordine le cose

The stay was ok, but not spectacular.
Pros:

Central location, close to public transport.

Cons:

Lack of in hotel dining other than breakfast. Most of the things I didnt like are things the hotel cannot change like room layouts, room bathroom off the family room, etc.

WIth great location and nice stuff I could recommend it!
Pros:

The stuff was very helpful and nice. We contacted the property almost last minute before our flight to ask about transfer from the airport and they booked it within few min for us! Also the room change went smoothly and room service was fast.
The location is also really nice - There's a busy area with lots of restaurants just within 5 min walk. We have found an amazing fish wrap place just around a corner! Galata Tower is within 12 min walk. Amazing port area with long seaside walk and cafes is also within short walk distance, as well as the Bazar area and to most attractions in Eminönü.

Cons:

Breakfast was basic I guess. However even having a lot of variety I just did not found it up to my liking.
There were boiled and scrambled eggs, a lot of types of cheese, ham, dried and fresh fruits, only one type of grilled veggies. But for example onion rings, fries or fried cheese sticks are just not something I would choose to start my day with.

You can't beat the location in this nice three star hotel.
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a prime location due to the proximity to the T1 tram line (Karakoy stop); only steps away.
The rooms are clean, well decorated, beds comfortable, and showers are nice. Breakfast is offered buffet style. We thought it was just okay. It is convenient if you're on the move. Very attentive staff is a plus. Highly recommended.

Cons:

More variation in breakfast.

Zentrale, gute und ruhige Lage

Cons:

Frühstück wurde iwann nicht mehr nachgefüllt, Kaffee war leer etc.
Es fehlten mehrmals Handtücher nachdem der Zimmerservice da war.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast terrace with a great view

Cons:

The room we were given had practically no windows (only small ones facing a tiny courtyard), so there was no natural light. We changed it for a much smaller room with windows facing the inner courtyard, but it had very poor sound insulation, so every noise and bang could be heard.
