Awesome staff, relaxing resort, great for a quiet break
Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean, comfortable bed and quiet. The property gardens are well kept and the pools nice and clean. Swim up bar was great and they make very good cocktails. Staff were awesome, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good, well stocked and good variety.

Cons:

The property does show some signs of wear which is surprising for a newer property. Location is a bit far from bars/nightlife/restaurants. There is a lovely beach which there is a shuttle service for.

All in it is a good hotel. Especially if they manage the mold smell.
Pros:

Access to the swimming pool from the room. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

The smell of mold in the room I think from the ventilation system. The draft has given us a lamp with aromatherapy but it didn’t help much

It is a lovely hotel, but I personally will not stay again.
Pros:

The floating breakfast was nicely arranged and tasted great. The room size was great for 2 people and we loved the pool access. The staff are very friendly at this hotel and the apple crumble on the menu is amazing.

Cons:

The rooms are not sprayed to prevent mosquitos, so we got bitten every single night. Our floating breakfast tray remained in our room for 1 whole day without it being removed. We requested for the room to be cleaned and decorated as a birthday surprise while we were out and we arrived back to a dirty room. The WiFi cut out and the room service was not reachable for part of one of the days. Instead we had to order by walking up to reception due to this.

Kurztrip in Phuket
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön aufgebaut und der Empfang war freundlich und reibungslos.
Die Zimmergröße ist gut und die Ausstattung ebenfalls. Bett war gemütlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. Mit dem Taxi ist es relativ lang, da die Straßen voll sind. Roller macht es am meisten Sinn.
Wenn man genauer hingeguckt hat, waren die Ecken schon etwas alt/schmutzig.
Der Pool ist nicht gefliest, sondern verputzt, was kein angenehmes Gefühl an den Füßen ist. Wenn man in Haus 13 ist, geht man durch das Restaurant zum Pool oder man muss außen rum. Das ist etwas unangenehm.

relaxing stay with pool fun!
Pros:

Very pleasant stay at Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket. The staff are friendly, the pools are great for swimming, and the hotel is very family friendly. There are hotel activities and a DJ in the evenings, and the atmosphere is calm and no loud party venues nearby.

A supermarket is around the corner. AVO restaurant nearby is excellent with very kind staff. The hotel also has several restaurants, a bar with happy hour, and a spa offering great massages. Grab works well here and can also deliver food to the hotel.

Breakfast is diverse and mostly freshly prepared. Coffee could be better, but that is also personal taste.
The location is great if you want to swim, relax, and visit Nai Harn Beach.

Cons:

However, if you need to be frequently on the other side of Phuket, travel times can be long due to traffic. It’s best to limit crossing the island. The airport is roughly 90 minutes away at minimum depending on traffic.
Overall a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

В номерах чисто все аккуратно! Завтраки тоже хорошие! В общем всем советую.

Pros:

Из плюсов - хорошая пятёрка, стильно, чисто, красиво, состояние комнат понравилось. На территории можно сделать красивые фото. Интересные номера с выходом к бассейну.
Из минусов - готовьтесь, что будет очень дорого. Ужин на 1 взрослого обойдётся порядка 1 000 бат. Для сравнения, за пределами отеля питание на двоих в сутки (завтрак, обед и ужин) у нас выходило 1 200 - 1 500 без экономии. До мест, где можно покушать вне отеля далеко. Минут 20-30 топать. В номере лично мне не хватило шкафа, куда можно не только повесить, но и сложить какие-то вещи. Также минус - кроме бассейна, спортзала и красивого лобби, больше ничего такого и нет. До моря далековато. Возит тук-тук бесплатный, но через минут 40-час, по расписанию, а не по желанию. Не влезли - Ваши проблемы. Дорога на пляж пешком мимо отстойника воды, где еще и стройка идет активно,. Сброс воды с отстойника (я так понимаю, там накапливаются канализационные стоки) на тот же пляж, что как-то не вдохновило. Хотя сама вода на пляже чистая, если отойти от этого места сброса (ее течением относит в море куда-то левее). С правой стороны, где камни, водится много красивых рыбок, можно поснорклить.
Как вывод, отдельно взятый как отель - норм, но цена за него завышена. Локация прям плохая. В целом - я бы больше не вернулась.

Perfect relaxed place in the heart of Phuket!

The property was lively, always had something happening so everyday was fun. The pool was great, we had a pool access room which I would totally recommend!
