Pros:

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH EXPEDIA!!!! The hotel exists but states they do not have a contract with Expedia. We showed up to our pre-paid booking confirmed by Expedia and the hotel told us that our booking didn’t exist due to not having an agreement with Expedia. The hotel was fully booked which left us out a lot of money, which the hotel also mentioned was not consistent with their rate which was multiple times lower than the noted rate through Expedia. Expedia did not refund us because they couldn’t get a hold of the facility. You would think that not being able to contact the property would suggest the fraud. No refund for us through Expedia. This is absolutely disappointing and we will not be using Expedia again for any form of travel. Stick to Bookings.com.
