Neva River Hotel

Gittiğimiz yerde otelin adı farklıydı ve boş odaları olmadıklarını söylediler bize başka bir yer ayarladılar orasıda çok berbat bir yerdi.

Für Familien mit Kinder definitiv nicht zu empfehlen die Gegend des Hotels ist grausam zudem auch beängstigend Schimmel ungepflegt und mit ständigem Lärm begleitet! Wir sind als Paar angereist zum schlafen war es ok, aber als Familie mit Kindern definitiv nicht!

The Aparthotel is located in a rundown area on the side from the main hub.
My room was in another building down the road and as a solo woman had to drag my bags up and down the hill isolated from the main part. The bed was as hard as a rock and heating and hot water inconsistent.
There was one helpful gentlemen at the front desk, but the rest were not and didn’t seem to care. Unless you’re in the main building, I would not stay there to have to walk up the hill for breakfast.

Staying there was like a nightmare.I booked it for 3 nights but I only could stay one night and run away.
Very selfish manager,not respecting ,
Many different insects in this property.It was horrible.

gece saat 2 den sabaha kadar üst katta inşaat tadilatı gürültülü bir şekilde devam etti ayrıca otel ana binada değil yakınındaki ahşap eski bir binada konaklamak zorunda kaldık ve zaten ödemiş olmamıza rağmen ikinci gece kalmadık çıktık hiç ama hiç kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

The gps coordinates we were sent in the email were wrong, so we spent an extra 30 minutes walking around with our luggage to find the place. (Also: look for Neva River Flats - not only hotel).
The breakfast was delicious.
Our room wasn't cleaned the five nights we stayed.
There was a fight in the neighbouring room at 2:30 one night, but the receptionist were very quick to react when we notified them.
The blanket was too small for two people, and we tried getting another one, but that was denied by the receptionist.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It's in a terrible part of town and it is filthy. Not in any way a good place to stay. We checked out and found another place. No not book this place!

The property has no elevator, didn't have hot water 2 out of 5 days I stayed there and was cleaned once in 5 days only because I asked for it.

Nous avons réservé a l'hôtel Neva River.
En arrivant 1h du matin on me dit que l'hôtel est complet et qu'ils ont un logement pour moi.. On marche en pleine nuit dans des petites ruelles pas propre du tout pour acceder a un immeuble qu'ils appellent neva flats. L'appartement est correct et propre, le robinet de la salle d'eau fuit. Sinon impossible de dormir. L'isolation sonore n'existe pas. On entend les gens marcher au dessus comme si ils étaient dans la chambre. Les fenêtres ouvrent sure une cour sale avec des poules coque et chien ( la ferme de mathurin) le coq chante des 2h du matin jusqu'au matin. Et biensur le chien aboie.
Si vous ouvrez la fenêtre ca pue.
Pour le petit déjeuner il faut aller a neva hotel (5 min a pieds)
Bref.. A ne pas refaire. Experience horrible. Méfiez-vous des photos et vérifiez ou vous serez hébergés.
