Descanso y relax
Pros:

Ubicación idílica, entorno tranquilo y entre montañas. Personal muy amable y atentos en todo momento. Escogimos este lugar para pasear y descansar y fue todo perfecto.

La ubicación, la masía y la amabilidad de uno de los chicos que atiende en recepción y el restaurante.

Cons:

La habitación La Esquella estaba muy fría cuando llegamos y pasaron un par de horas hasta que conseguimos la temperatura adecuada. Para nuestra sorpresa, al día siguiente cuando volvimos de pasar el día fuera, alguien había bajado la temperatura del termostato y estaba nuevamente congelada. No me parece bien que hagan eso sin el consentimiento del cliente. Por otro lado, hay dos chicos en recepción, uno muy atento, amable y servicial y otro muy seco, al que parece que le moleste cuando le pides alguna cosa.

Emplaçament excel·lent en un entorn preciós. Boscos increibles a tocar mateix d el'hotel. Molt agradable, ideal per descansar i estar amb parella. Hotel fet amb molt bon gust. El personal ens va tractar molt bé sempre, qualsevol dels dos torns

Entorno espectacular. Naturaleza y calma de los alrededores
La masia
Restaurante bueno y se agradece que lo haya porque en la zona para cenas poca cosa
Terraza y comedores muy agradables

Simplemente perfecto
Pros:

El sitio y alrederores precioso, el personal muy amable, la comida buenisima, piscina espectacular

Cons:

Todo nos encantó, la verdad un lugar en medio de la naturaleza precioso. Si pudiera cambiar algo, poder estar en la piscina hasta media tarde el dia del check out (en vez de hasta mediodia)
