Polecamy! Piękny hotel!
Pros:

Bardzo ładne i czyste pokoje, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Pyszne sniadania:) Hotel pięknie położony na początku szlaku do mostu Bastei. Polecamy!

Pros:

The location is very good and we enjoyed the sauna.

Cons:

Personal is greatly understaffed. Service is horrible and personal is rude. The price is far too high for what you get.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und außergewöhnlich freundlich.

Die Lage direkt zum Zugang der Bastei ist optimal für Wanderungen oder Fototouren. Man läuft keine 30 min bis zur Bastei und kann so auch den schönen Sonnenaufgang fotografieren.

Sauna und Wellnessbereich sind gut. Alle anderen Anlagen (Bowling, Bogenschießen) nicht ausprobiert.

Parkplatz direkt am Hotel, allerdings keine Lademöglichkeit für e-Autos.

Das Frühstück ist luxuriös und sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Dampfsauna ist entweder defekt oder wurde nicht richtig eingestellt. Dampf kam nur bis ca 1,50m (selbst wenn man sich hinstellt wird maximal nur der Kopf und der Oberkörper bis Bauch angewärmt). runter, die Sitzbank war kalt und der Fußraum war schon fast zu eisig. Ohne Sitzhandtuch und zweitem Handtuch zum "wedeln", ist die Dampfsaune nicht zu ertragen. Auch nach zweimaliger Meldung an das Personal an zwei verschiedenen Tagen, wurde das Problem am dritten Tag nicht gelöst.

Die Abwertung zum Gut erfolgt wegen der Dampfsauna, wer darauf verzichten kann, bekommt ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Prima hotel op een perfecte locatie , direct voor het begin van de Bastei pad, kamers zijn fris en schoon en de cleaning is heel secuur, gratis parkeren voor de deur

Cons:

Let op er is geen haar conditioner en body lotion in de badkamer aanwezig en het internet is wisselend, 5G is sowieso erg traag in het gebied dus je bent wel afhankelijk van de hotel wifi die in de avond trager is
