J’ai dû payer un supplément pour ma femme, alors que j’avais une chambre double.
C’est de la faute de Booking selon l’hôtel.
Quand on fait une réservation, on prend une chambre double, mais ça veut pas dire que ça peut accueillir deux personnes ! C’est une hérésie !
Je suis mécontent, j’ai dû payer 85 $ en plus.
Ce n’est pas l’argent, c’est le faite d’être considéré Comme un porte-monnaie : d’une part arnaqué par Booking, et d’autre part, racketté par l’hôtel !
C’est honteux. Je compte résilier mon abonnement chez vous.
Je l’ai déjà fait dans votre filiale Agoda.
Vous ne travaillez pas pour nous. Vous avez une approche purement mercantile.
J’ai un nouveau regardé, ce qui a pu se passer pendant ma réservation. J’ai bien vu que ce n’est pas bien clair au moment de la confirmation, le nombre d’occupants. Je pense que c’est fait exprès pour flouer le client et devoir payer un supplément.

Totalt sett kan jag rekommendera boendet.
Pros:

Det va rent och fräscht och fantastiskt utsikt över havet
Serverar ingen alkohol kan vara bra att känna till men de löser om man vill ha en kall öl

Cons:

Frukosten va inte någon höjdare.
Ligger lite avsides ca 10$ med taxi till centrum.

Pros:

Il posto in generale immerso tra il verde e il mare.
La cucina ottima, colazione molto buona.
WI-FI ottimo, aria accondizionata molto buona.
Personale sempre col sorriso.

Cons:

La struttura in sé è bellissima ma purtroppo un po malandata, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione almeno nella mia camera, c'era uno odore sgradevole nel bagno, anche gli sdrai dovrebbero essere un po più presentabili

Parfait pour quelques nuits !
Pros:

Hôtel très bien pour y passer quelques nuits. Situé près de l’aéroport, c’est idéal pour visiter Stone Town.

Cons:

L’hôtel mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

It was enjoyable for one night just to be close to the airport.
Pros:

The view from the rooms were really pretty, the hotel is very quiet so you can unpack and relax. It is very safe there is security guards in front of the building at the beach and at the entrance of the hotel there are security.

Cons:

The bathroom had no hot water.
The breakfast was VERY limited and the Lunch and dinnrer menu too.
The beach is not swimable it is very rocky and little bit polluted.

After we got the hotel reservation confirmation and arrived at the hotel, they lied to the customers, saying that all rooms were fully booked. Yet at the same time, they listed three rooms on the Booking platform, with the price tripled directly. The fraudulent behavior of this hotel is really outrageous, and their attitude is extremely rude.

It was a short but super pleasant stay.
Pros:

The accomodation was stunning with all facilities working 100%, especially the AC which is very important in Zanzibar. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.
