Super clean, friendly staff, amazing location
Pros:

The staff are extremely communicative and helpful. The location is minutes away from major sites and shops, which was super convenient. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Maravilloso para familias en plan turístico
Pros:

Apart hotel maravilloso, edificio antiguo muy bien remodelado, muy bien equipado para estadia en familia, personal muy amable, se disponia de insumos para usar lavadora y lavavajilla, fácil de acceder, muy cerca del centro histórico lo que lo hace ideal para estadías turísticas. Supermercado Conad a una cuadra, restaurante al lado muy bueno. Si alquilas un auto hay que tener cuidado que es zona ZTL y tener precaución con que estacionamiento usas para que registren bien tu auto y no tener problemas. El más cercano no estaba bien evaluado por lo que usamos uno a algunas cuadras pero muy caminable donde tuvimos buena experiecia ( Garage del Bargello )

Cons:

Nos toco una cama en habitación matrimonial algo incomoda, pero en realidad lo bueno de todo el resto supera esa incomodidad leve.

Great location, responsive staff, very clean, but noisy at night
Pros:

It was in a great location. The staff was friendly, excellent with quick replies and great communication. The apt was very clean. It was a good size. The decor was fun and funky. Bess were comfy, They had everything we needed. Access in and out of bldg was convenient, loved that we could store our luggage in lockers.

Cons:

It was so hot in the apt and it was December so we couldn’t turn any AC on. We had to sleep with the windows open and the street noise was so loud. People partying in the streets until 4am. I barely slept at all. We could hear through the walls. The shower flooded the bathroom, hallway and into the bedroom. Our luggage got wet. The staff was very quick to respond and clean it all up. The drain was clogged. They were so nice!!! But it sucked and stuff got wet. There was a washer/dryer unit which was helpful. Very difficult to use the dryer function. Thankfully they had a drying rack. Need more towels in the bathroom.

Comfortable and clean with amazing location.
Pros:

This property was the perfect balance between the privacy/independence of an apartment and the luxury of a hotel. The apartment itself was well-appointed, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, with an excellent shower and a comfortable bed. The location is incredible - steps from the Uffizi as well as many lovely bars/restaurants, and walking distance to most attractions. The staff were easy to communicate with, friendly, and professional. We absolutely loved our stay.

Hotel molt ben situat, a tan sols 5 minuts de Palazzo Vecchio. Personal encantador. Habitació àmplia, amb llit molt còmode. Les finestres tanquen perfectament, de manera que no se sent cap soroll del carrer. Bona dutxa. Molt bon funcionament del wifi
