place is amazingly modern and spacious, the photos dont do it justice. Beautiful interiors, super modern - has everything from microwave, oven, stovem nespresso machine to fridge etc. Good security. smells clean and amazing! beautiful views! Complimentary wine bottle on arrival was a nice touch, super quiet area. Management is well organized and very helpful and responsive. Has elevator and stairs. Place is right in the middle of historic town walking distance to everything! will rebook anytime i am visiting Florence! 100%

Excellent location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

The property and location were perfect. The apartment was clean, large, as described and had all the amenities to make our short stay comfortable including laundry and ironing. Would recommend and stay again! The host was very responsive and helpful.

Pros:

All was great with apartment and location plus staff. But no Aircon, which drove the noise.

Cons:

Too much noise outside as no Aircon so we could not close the windows to cut the noise

Amazing!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Kairos Apartments. The apartment was immaculately clean, very large, comfortable, and in a perfect central location for exploring the city. Sylvia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay and even assisted us with ordering a cab, which made everything so much easier.

I truly have nothing negative to say everything was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again
