Decent stay
Pros:

The location was perfect just off a lively square with a few bars and restaurants. The apartment is well finished and has everything you need for a short stay.
The owner responded quickly to questions

Cons:

The advert says the property has air conditioning but it isn't switched on til May or June. The room was 23° at night which is uncomfortable for us and made sleeping difficult.
When we arrived the toilet seat was broken, the cleaner hadn't picked up on this as the toilet wasn't cleaned properly

Venecia bien
Pros:

El alojamiento es muy céntrico, es planta baja y está cuidado, es cómodo para pasar unos días y la comunicación con los anfitriones fue muy buena. Tiene un patio común con tu mesa para poder tomar el fresco.

Cons:

El menaje de la cocina es justo y las almohadas están para cambiar, son muy incómodas ya.

Замечательное расположение: от вокзала можно дойти пешком за 15 минут или на вапоретто.
Магазин в 2-х шагах. Давид прекрасный хозяин (останавливались здесь же в прошлом году).
Все необходимые мелочи. Все проблемы старается решить сразу. В принципе все в пешей доступности, если научиться ориентироваться в Венеции, но плыть по каналу отдельное удовольствие. Пользовались недельными проездными, чтобы не думать плыть или идти. И то и другое прекрасно в таком городе, как Венеция. Вапоретто №1 San Stae наша остановка

A great place to stay and base yourself.

Great location a good facilities

Cons:

We left medication in the fridge (our fault entirely). The medications were contained in temperature controlled leather carriers and would be obvious that they were left by mistake and not discarded on purpose. On contacting the property within 1.5 hours of vacation we were told the cleaner had thrown them out as rubbish.

Perfekte Lage in einem weniger touristischen Teil von Venedig. Kurzer Weg zum Vaporetto und Bahnhof. Coop gleich ums Eck.
Ideale Größe für Alleinreisende oder 2 Personen. Bequemes Bett, netter kleiner geteilter Innenhof.
Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.
Herd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine mit Cups vorhanden.

Cons:

Küchenutensilien eher spartanisch, aber ausreichend für ein paar schnelle Nudeln.

Cons:

Poca luz artificial..oscuro...la habitación tiene polvo acumulado en cortinas y cabecero..malo para alergias. En el baño.no hay mueble para dejar cosas. Es apartamento turístico.

整體很棒，請注意要用好用一點行李箱，威尼斯都是坑坑洞洞石頭路。
Pros:

有廚房、冰箱都很棒，旁邊就是coop超市，床也很好睡，很乾淨

Cons:

距離從Lusia火車站需要坐水上巴士，走路需要扛行李走階梯，地方很隱密小巷子裡，建議儘早入住，
