Etablissement moderne (5 ans)
en bord de lac (Annone), avec vue magnifique. Très calme. Parking (trè grad) aisé et recharge pour véhicule électrique (inclus). Très bel équipement dans les chambres (bain à bulles privatif extérieur sur la terrasse de la chambre, avec vue lac, hammam privatif dans la chambre et douche sensorielle). Lit King size super confortable. Rideaux à ouverture et fermeture électrique (Double baie vitrée)
Espace Wellness (-1) super (inclus).
Personnel attentif et très prévenant.
Bouteille de prosecco dans la chambre à l’arrivée. Petit mot d’accueil personnalisé.
Petit hôtel de 10 chambres. Pas l’impression d’être dans une « usine »
Salle petit déjeuner avec vue magnifique. Qualité des produits. Bon petit déjeuner (à la carte, pas buffet)
Equipement incomplet dans la chambre (pantoufles non fournies mais données lors de la remarque).
Pas de coffre-fort en chambre (5*…?).
Propreté un peu déficiente (souffleries Clim’ fort poussiéreuses, pas au niveau pour le standing revendiqué).
Salle de sport petite (1 tapis, 1 velo elliptique et 1 machine de muscu), mais efficace.
PAS de piscine.
Pas de service voiturier (comme indiqué dans l annonce Booking.com).

Był estetyczny budynek, ładne otoczenie, ogród.
Nie podobała mi się kiepska komunikacja w języku angielskim - począwszy od recepcji, skończywszy na restauracji. Śniadania bardzo przeciętne, kilkukrotnie musieliśmy prosić o to czego sobie życzymy. Na wodę, jogurt do owoców czekaliśmy kwadrans, gdy w końcu się przypomnieliśmy, pan przyznał że o nas zapomniał. Nie ma to zbyt wiele wspólnego z 5 gwiazdkami. Obiekt zwyczajnie czysty, choć i to podlega dyskusji. Ściana przy toalecie pod światłem widocznie opryskana po poprzednich gościach. Widać już ślady zużycia. W nocy przy otwartym oknie słychać głośne wyrzucanie butelek w restauracji (koło 23). Pan na recepcji dość nachalny, ciągle pytał „czy wszystko w porządku”. Było bardzo przeciętnie i zwyczajnie.

Die ruhige Lage war atemberaubend! Total entspannend wie eine Ruheoase. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade und freuten uns sehr über den Whirlpool auf der Terasse. Das Zimmer war genial und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit

Amazing hotel , quiet and secluded with beautiful bedrooms and superb staff. We had the tasting menu in the restaurant one evening and it was an incredible experience.

Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht dem 5-Sterne Standard. Und ist dementsprechend zu teuer. Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber, es wird nicht gründlich gereinigt. Abends wird gar nicht gereinigt, dies ist Standard bei 5-Sternen. Zumindest sollte aber der Müll entfernt werden. Das Essen ist ok, Abends besser als Morgens, Mittags bekommt man die Rest vom Frühstück für hohe Preise angeboten. Das Hotel ist keine 5 Sterne wert.
Quiet location with beautiful surroundings scenery on the lake. The food at the restaurant was exceptional.
A little too remote, needed to use taxi to get about to Neighbour towns outside restaurants etc
