Nachdem wir bei unserer Toskana Rundreise in einem vorherigen Hotel lernen mussten, dass die 5 Sterne eines Hotels nicht immer objektiven Massstäben entsprechen müssen ist es hier anders. Man merkt den starken Willen zur Perfektion und den Anspruch, dem Gast den möglichst umfassendsten Service zu bieten. Wir sind bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Perfection!!
Pros:

Everything was so clean and the staff were incredibly friendly! They provided coffee while we were waiting for the check in process to finish, they gave us fresh flowers and a some fruits in the room and honestly everything was perfect and everyone was beyond sweet and thoughtful

Cons:

Nothing, we got the room with the hot tub and we didn’t know that we wouldn’t be able to use it because it was too cold, it got cold fast

Pros:

As instalações são excelentes, o atendimento também foi muito bom, assim como o café da manhã.

Cons:

Fiquei decepcionado com o jantar no restaurante, não somente pelos pratos apresentados, como pela atenção dos atendentes.
Pensei que fosse mais próximo dos dos principais pontos de interesse.
