Improve how you treat people.
Pros:

I did not like the place at all. I can never book the place again.

Cons:

I did not like the attitude of the lady (Florence) who welcomed us during our stay. We found used tissue on our first day and they were not replace until we had to ask because it was actually finished and we had to wait to wait for too long before they could assist us. No housekeeping on sundays and this is not communicated in advance. They gave us the key that was not properly functioning, we informed the owner, she came through when she was delivering the tissues, she tried the key herself and it was not working still. Florence came through the following day and tried the key and it worked. she was negative and started showing attitudes towards us. Florence did not take everything well because she is able to use the key herself. There was a white person booked in another room just like us. We felt the treatment was not the same between us and the white person. When we raised all those issues, the owner kept on saying we are actually the fist people to complain about Florence attitude since they have started with the business. The money that we paid was not worth our stay. curtains not properly fitted, the rooms not properly cleaned, the basin in the other room is blocked, water moves slow, by the time who come back you will still find the bubbles in the basin. The remote for the gate and the garage are not working properly, one can be under the impression that all is locked but not actually locked. The place is not worth the money.
