Pros:

The room was clean, had a heater, and provided free toiletries, slippers, and towels. The free breakfast was two pieces of hotdog, rice, and a boiled egg. TV has Netflix and YouTube. The place was peaceful; it was just in front of the TPLEX Urdaneta exit, so going back to Manila is easier. The thing I didn't like about the area was the yellow tricycle drivers. Every time we ride the tricycle, the fare is different, sometimes 50 to 80 PHP, even though the way is the same and you can clearly see their fare matrix. They will take advantage of you because you're not from there.

Pros:

Room was dirty when I checked in, but was quickly rectified upon notice to front desk. Room was kept cleaned for the balance of my stay. Staff was generally friendly and helpful
Breakfast served to the room each morning was a nice bonus for the price paid. Only negative I had was location next to busy highway. Noise was bothersome for sleep.

Pros:

very accessible; just right after the TPLEX Exit. Suggest informing clearly that there are no toiletries and the customers should be ready to provide their own to avoid surprises. OR just add the cost of toiletries in the cost of room accommodation
