The same towels were used for showering and for the pool
The hotel isn’t located in the heart of Pattaya, but it has parking available, which is convenient. Unfortunately, when I stayed there, all the rooms were fully booked, and on my floor, some guests were quite drunk and knocked on my door throughout the night.
On the positive side, the rooms look new and feel quite private. However, the bed was very firm, so it’s more suitable for a short stay. The price is reasonable, and the front desk staff were very helpful. I think having a security guard patrolling the floors at night would make the stay even better.
The room was nice, with a decent shower. The swimming pool was also nice, with an excellent rooftop view of the entire city of Pattaya. Also, it was a very quiet neighborhood, and the hotel itself was also quiet with no noisy guests staying near our room.
The only real complaint I have about my stay at the Iris Palace is that there was no breakfast offered. There was a large dining room, but it was not used at any time during my stay. It would have been much better if we could have eaten breakfast at the hotel rather than having to go out to eat.
There was no breakfast offered. The location was fine, considering the fact that I had a rental car to use to get anywhere I needed to go.
Breakfast included with the room would have been very much appreciated my me and the people that I stayed at the hotel with. That is my only suggestion to an otherwise excellent accommodation.

I arrived late to this hotel after a long minivan ride. On arrival, the staff told me payment details were incorrect, even though they weren't. Luckily, I was able to scan to pay. It delayed the check in process.
The room itself was large and comfy. There was a fridge and kettle in the room, too. Towels were also provided. It is down a small soi, so no traffic noise in the room. There was free water available.
There were very few amenities, only shower gel and shampoo on the wall in the bathroom. No hand soap, no toothbrush. provided. There was instant coffee but no tea.
Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin and some guests were discourteous when closing doors.
Nice room, staff is friendly. Exept the one with nightshift last week.
No drinks allowed at the pool in 35 degrees and full sun...
