Очень понравился персональный сервис виллы. Наш автобус опоздал и в виллу я попала в 00:30. Меня приняли очень мило, всё обсудили, настроили WLAN и утром (изумительный) завтрак был до 11ч, что дало мне время выспаться после 10ч в автобусе. Спасибо всем

Cons:

TV - было бы неплохо иметь в комнате лист с программами, чтобы не листать всё подряд, ища каналы на языках, которые понимаешь.

Завтраки очень плотные, меню на выбор, можно заказать то, что хочешь, учитывают пожелания, время подачи, очень уютная обстановка. При раннем выезде, приготовили завтрак в дорогу

Accueil adorable et confort assuré
Pros:

Le personnel était extrêmement attentionné. On est arrivé au milieu de la nuit et ce n’était pas un souci. Ils ont été de très bon conseil durant nos 4 jours sur place et se sont assurés que tout se passait bien pour nous. On a pu profiter de la piscine après le Check out. Ils étaient très attentifs à notre bien être. Les chambres étaient très très bien et tout était propre. On était très content de notre séjour

Pros:

Breakfast was a kind of average with very limited option

Cons:

-Rooms were not available which we booked
-No covers on quilts
-Swimming pool water not clean
-No lights around swimming pool
-Asked for 2 shampoo sachets and they give only 1
-Internet was not working and maintenance person came when everyone is sleeping and was forcing to fix now else it will be done tomorrow.

Bellissima location dalla struttura al giardino alla piscina, un plus per combattere il gran caldo estivo.
La colazione è buona e molto abbondante.

Cons:

La posizione costringe ad utilizzare sempre taxi ma lo sapevo per cui non è stato affatto un problema.

Staff gentile, disponibile e attento al cliente. Camera molto spaziosa.

Cons:

Camera spaziosa ma datata, assenza di box doccia ma vasca con tenda e assenza di frigorifero in camera. Colazione buona grazie allo staff gentilissimo ma forse meglio un buffet. Lettini in piscina in pieno ferro pesantissimi da spostare e poco spazio per gli stessi. Zona piscina/colazione da rivedere.

Больше всего в Узбекистане подкупает отношение к тебе как к дорогому гостю.
Меня даже мама так не встречает, как встречали здесь. Тебе искренне рады и готовы помочь в решении любого вопроса, даже не касающегося проживания. Спасибо!!!
Номер был уютный, все необходимое присутствовало, и главное - идеальная чистота.
Готовят вкусно. Я просила накрыть в саду (это дом-отель) и вид ухоженного сада и благоухание цветов были дополнительным бонусом к вкусному завтраку.
В Узбекистане везде ОЧЕНЬ вкусно готовят !

Cons:

Я заказывала 2-х местную кровать в улучшенном номере, но меня поселили в номере с двумя одноместными кроватями. Но учитывая сервис и отношение, меня это не огорчило совершенно.
До 1 мая в Узбекистане не работают бассейны в отелях, имейте это ввиду.

Place is clean and beautiful, rooms are very large. Staff is friendly and speaks good English. Villa is located 5 km from center of town in a quiet neighborhood but it is not an issue, every second car is a taxi and they charge $3-4 for the ride. Highly recommended

Хочется сказать огромное спасибо хозяевам отеля! И берегите свою помощницу - она золото! А тем, кто выбирает, очень рекомендую! Отель очень красивый, комнаты огромные, бассейн большой! Номеров совсем немного, вы там будете почти одни - всё для вас! Красивая ухоженная территория! Шикарные завтраки!

Pros:

Die Familie, die dieses Hotel führt, ist einfach großartig. Wir hatten große Sorgen während unseres Aufenthalts: mein Mann musste ins Krankenhaus und wurde dort operiert. Ohne die Hilfe von Firdavs, dem wunderbaren Sohn des Hauses der sich die ganze Nacht um die Ohren geschlagen hat, um uns beizustehen, wären wir verloren gewesen. Wir haben selten so freundliche Menschen getroffen wie in der Villa Oasis!
