An excellent hotel although 3-stars but for me it's 5-star
Pros:

An excellent hotel equivalent to 5star facilities like
1-duper fast early check in
2- good free parking
3- bus to haram for each prayer-almost 10min drive to haram
4-an excellent breakfast
5-large coozy capacious rooms

الفندق جدا ممتاز و نظيف جدا و الغرفة نظيفة و واسعة جدا بعكس بقية الفنادق في المدينة المنورة و لا توجد روائح كريها في جميع انحاء الفندق او داخل الغرف، الموقع جدا ممتاز و قريب من الحرم و يمكنك مشاهدة الحرم من بوابة الفندق، المطعم ممتاز نوعا ما لكن لا توجد اصناف كثيرة في وجبة الأفطار و تكرار نفس الوجبات و لا يوجد طاهي للوجبات الطازجة و الساخنة، مواقف الفندق صغير جدا بالنسبة الى حجم و عدد الغرف. كما احب ان اشكر الأستاذ/ فيصل النعمان في قسم الأستقبال لإستقباله لنا بإبتسامته المتكررة و تحمله و تنفيذ طلباتنا المتكررة بكل لطف و يسر مما جعل أقامتنا في الفندق براحة تامة. شكراً جزيلاً أستاذ / فيصل النعمان.
