الموقع قريب الشقة مكونة من 3 غرف و 6 اسره ودورتين مياه
تعامل الموظف كان سيء جدا اتوقع اسمه فيصل يفتقر الى الاخلاق ، الشقة لايوجد بها مطبخ حتى مكرويف لايوجد بها رغم انها ثلاث غرف
الفطار كان جيد من حيث الجوده والتنوع وطاقم المطعم مميزين ومحترفين ومتعاونين
الغرفة واسعة ونظيفة
للأسف موقع الفندق بعيد عن الحرم وياخد حوالي ٣٠ دقيقة للوصول للحرم بالسياره أو الباص
يوجد باص للتوصيل في الفندق لكن للأسف مكان النزول والرجوع بعيد جدا عن الحرم لا يناسب كبار السن والأطفال
موقع الفندق جيد النظافه ممتازه والتعامل راقي والخدمات سريعه وبدون تأخير
الذي لم يعجبني هو مواصلات الفندق . الباص حق الفندق يقف بعيدا عن محطة بقية الباصات بما لايقل عن 500 متر مما يظطر النزلاء للمشيء كل هذه المسافه في حين ان بقية باصات الفنادق بما فيها مواصلات الباصات العامه تقف بمسافه قريبه جدا من الحرم وقد تحدثت مع احد مسؤلي الاستقبال بالفندق فقال هذه تعليمات المرور وهناك مخالفات عند تجاوز هذه الانظمه كما قد تحدثت مع احد رجال المرور وقال بان الوضع عادي ولا يوجد مخالفات والباصات تستطيع الوقوف وبالفعل هناك باصات لا حصر لها تتوقف قريبا من الحرم .
عموما الفندق كل شيء به جميل جدا باستثناء محطة الباص حق الحرم

Room was nice, clean and spacious. I also loved the hospitality of the staffs who were foreigners. Compliments to each and everyone one of them as they are the once who made the stay worth it.
The receptionist who checked us in Has no value for hospitality and I felt like I was wasting his time. A simple welcome was missing even.
Normally in a hotel of such high standard, guests can check in early for free. I was ok to pay the extra fee but I didn't feel like he was treating me with respect when charging me for the extra hours.
It is a Shame that only Saudis are the ones who are allowed to be in the reception. It is bad for business as they treat guests like they owe the hotel staffs something. They judge us guests based on our nationality and only smiles when its a guest who speaks Arabic. Even when they were asked about the shuttle timing they had no idea when it is supposed to be there.
Calling the reception was always met with no response, nor a call back was in order. This left me always seeking assistance from the other staffs bedsides reception.
The shuttle is also very inconvenient due to the construction going on and they drop us off very far from the mosque. In the heat it was preferable to take taxi.
In the end my rating would be a 10 on 10 just for the staffs in the restaurant, housekeeping and bellboys. But it drops to a 5 just because of the poorly trained Saudi Staffs.
I come from the hospitality background so I have very high expectations for simple hospitality. I have no issues with the hotel itself. It was a very nice property. The receptionist behaviour at check in just destroyed my entire hope for a nice holiday.

البعد عن المسجد النبوي و الطريق المؤدي للحرم مغلق لوجود اعمال إنشائية ، عدم الدقة في مواعيد الباص و المواعيد غير مرنه مع اوقات الصلوات
حسن تعامل الموظفين والإفطار جيد والنظافة جيدة
المكان نظيف وخدمه ممتازه وتعامل الموظفين وتعاونهم جدا رائع اشكر بالخصوص الاستاذ فيصل النعمان على استقباله الرائع وتعاونه معنا
يحتاج مواصلات للحرم لان باص المواصلات يوقف عند نقطه بعيده عن الحرم 😓للاسف
نبدا من موظفين الاستقبال وحسن تعاملهم وسهولة اجراءات الدخول الغرف نظيفة وواسعة ومريحة والتكييف ماشاءالله بارد والغرفة على فيو 😌 وتدخلها الشمس طبعا انا اقامتي كانت في غرفة رباعية ومتوفر لوازم الاستحمام في الحمام ويوجد سخان كما يوجد باص متوفر وقت الصلوات لاخذنا الى المسجد النبوي لان الفندق بعيد عن الحرم الفطور كان مع الغرفة لذيذ ومتنوع ويناسب كل الاشخاص وكل الاعمار كما يتوفر مواقف خاصة للسيارات ومجانا 😊🌹يستحق خمس نجوم 🌟
