Not the best place to spend a night

The hotel is decent for it's price level, but there were a few things that affected our experience in a negative manner.

First of all, the aircondition in our room (room 105) had been tampered with so that the efficiency of the aircon was at perhaps 20%. This is common in Tanzania in order to save electricity, but the result was that we felt very hot and had difficulty sleeping.

The other thing was that the noise level from outside was pretty high; whenever the church had sermon or the nearby bar showed football match, the noise level came. But it was not a huge problem for us, just annoying.

The staff really tried their best, but the rule of only giving us one towel even when we were two people in the room seemed strange.

I liked the bar and restaurant spaces.

The neighbourhood is not touristic, which for me was just what I wanted.

Overall, this was an okay hotel. It is not for everyone, but as long as you have correct expectations then you might enjoy it there!

Convenient for a short stay and not too far from the airport.

We were pleased with the accommodations, the service was good and the food was adequate.

The room i stayed in was pretty large, clean ,And comfy big bed,good bathroom also .hot shower.
Its the services that tends to fail ?
The wifi if there is any, tv subscriptions, that run out, and the fridge was never workin4 at all.. But the staff were nice.If not always that helpful.

Sorry for the late review but would not have missed the opportunity to leave a review about Best Point Hotel. I had stayed at Best Point Hotel back in 2016 and this time around was even more gratifying than the last. The hotel attendants from Ashura the receptionist to Eddie the hotel manager and the hotel keepers were really professional in their approaches and made me feel like I was home retired in full relaxation and upmost comfort. I would be remiss were I not to mention the memorable souvenir massage that Vena gave me that put me to sleep. Thanks for awakening me...the massage was fabulous! :-) The convenience of a financial institution on site to send and receive money was also very much appreciated. Best Point Hotel even had a two-man live band (do to covid-19 restrictions) lighting up the weekend...wow! Great job to everyone at Best Point Hotel who made my three-day stay unforgettable! Looking forward to my next future stay.
