Pros:

הצוות היה אדיב מאד. הגענו מוקדם והחדר במקרה היה מוכן ואפשרו לנו להיכנס אליו. חדר נקי מאד. מיקום מצוין. החדר מתוכנן טוב.

Cons:

חסר קצת מקום למזוודות (קצת צפוף לפתוח אותן). דבר קטן נוסף - בתחתית המיטות מנורה עם חיישן שנדלקת אוטומטית בלילה כשמישהו חולף על פניה. זה כנראה מצוין לילדים אבל לנו זה קצת הפריע. חוץ מזה מומלץ בחום.

Smelly, stuffy room
Pros:

Room smelled like foot odor and just seemed less than fully clean. Not sure if it was the carpet or the HVAC system, but whatever it was, it never felt good to be in the room. Location of hotel is good, so would be great if they could get the rooms to be fresher.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff!
Pros:

Great location with good coffee places and restaurants nearby. Tons of stores, too. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly. Housecleaning staff went above and beyond, always working hard and very nice. Hotel rooms were sparkling clean, with good bathroom products for guest use. Loved the design of the rooms. I stayed for a wedding, but would stay again upon visiting Philly any other time!

The hotel exceeded my expectations!
Pros:

The room, bathroom and toilet were clean and everything was in working order. Check in took a minute. We're definitely staying again there!

The toilet being seperate from the bathroom, Some people actually need more than a toilet bowl to use the toilet. Bad design planning for not considering all possibilities.

Great Stay at the Hyatt Centric
Pros:

Great location! Service was excellent. Restaurant servers were attentive, friendly and professional. Dinner was fantastic, I had the crispy Salmon Entree and it was delicious! My room was well appointed, clean and spacious. I stay here on company business and I’m never disappointed.
