Convenient and cozy hotel.
Pros:

Location convenient...view not so much. Love the area centrally located...enjoyed the bartenders, Carlos and a young lady forgot her name. Enjoyed the artwork down the hall from the bar area...great service.

Pros:

Good room, nice building.

Cons:

Too expensive not-included parking, too expensive restaurant. Confusing breakfast: you still need to sign receipt with price/tips for already "included" breakfast. No good way to order food to your room.

Pros:

Location was ideal for what we needed.

Cons:

The room set up does not make sense to have the toilet across the hall from the shower and sink and to not have a door that can close from the hallway to the shower.
