We had a great stay
Pros:

We came to Philadelphia as a family to help our son move into university. When I asked if we could have some of his belongings delivered to the hotel, the staff were more than happy to accommodate us. Even though the packages arrived a week before our stay, they kindly kept everything safe in their storage room, which was incredibly helpful.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect—we could walk almost everywhere. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hotel’s hospitality. Thank you very much!!

Poor sleep quality and sub-par cleanliness.

I was very disappointed with the room comfort and hygiene. The bed was completely worn out with an old, curved mattress, and the pillows offered no support, making it impossible to get any rest. Furthermore, the sheets did not look or feel clean, which is unacceptable. Major upgrades to the bedding and housekeeping are needed.

Perfect location, the staff wasn't always responsive, and the room's set up was not ideal
Pros:

Location was great, very near everything.

Cons:

The set-up of the room, the toilet's door never completely shut and having the sink in the other room was silly, the floor of the not private shower area was always wet because the towel hooks were behind the shower door when it opened which automatically got the entire floor wet when you got out of the shower. Also, i paid the dog fee and requested several times for a dog bowl, (i also had to request a dog bed, one wasn't provided when i arrived) and only ever received a paper one. I was told a real one was being brought up but it never was.

Pros:

The room was large

Cons:

1. The lobby is on the 2nd floor so basically the whole stay you come in from ground floor and never wee anyone from the staff
2. The street that you come into the hotel is small, dirty snd didn’t feel safe
3. I arrived after 13:30 pm and at the end they charged me for an addition of $35 for early check in - i travel a lot around the world snd this never happened to me
4. Staff were not nice and welcoming
5. The power of the water was very low
I don’t leave many negative reviews however I don’t recommend this hotel

Great Staff!
Pros:

Always spotless, and with a highly attentive staff. So many great bakery choices within just a few blocks, we just can't resist in the am's. It's very quiet as well. We never stay anywhere else when in Philly.

Solid hotel in a good area
Pros:

Quick pitstop in Philadelphia for some cheesesteaks. Been a lifelong desire to go to Philly and partake in eating these sandwiches. The hotel was a short walk to Uncle Gus', Angelo's Pizzeria, and Del Rossi's. Was a great time and the hotel is situated in a really lively area. Room was large and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Das Hyatt Rittenhouse Team war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns einen Früh-Check-In ermöglicht.
Wir wollten bis zum regulären Check-In nur unsere Rücksäcke verstauen und die Stadt entdecken.
Es war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.
