Great Staff!
Pros:

Always spotless, and with a highly attentive staff. So many great bakery choices within just a few blocks, we just can't resist in the am's. It's very quiet as well. We never stay anywhere else when in Philly.

Solid hotel in a good area
Pros:

Quick pitstop in Philadelphia for some cheesesteaks. Been a lifelong desire to go to Philly and partake in eating these sandwiches. The hotel was a short walk to Uncle Gus', Angelo's Pizzeria, and Del Rossi's. Was a great time and the hotel is situated in a really lively area. Room was large and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Das Hyatt Rittenhouse Team war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns einen Früh-Check-In ermöglicht.
Wir wollten bis zum regulären Check-In nur unsere Rücksäcke verstauen und die Stadt entdecken.
Es war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Budget Hyatt
Pros:

Great location, but the room was average at best. The lighting was poor and there really isn’t any closet to put your clothes. There is one peg to hang all your clothes on. The restaurant had decent food, but beware, they include gratuity and do not let you know. There isn’t a place to grab a cup of coffee unless you want to pay $5 for it.

Great hotel in center city
Pros:

Great hotel in a prime location. Rooms are big and clean. Location is fantastic. Staff are friendly and helpful. Valet parking is easy to use.

Pros:

Great room and loved the bed. The location is very close to great restaurant options, historical buildings and beautiful parks. It’s also close around 3 blocks from the best rated nightclubs in the city. Easy checkin

Great place to stay for exploring Rittenhouse/museum area
Pros:

The location, on one of Philly's small side streets, just a block or so from Rittenhouse Square was fantastic. Easy walkable access to retail, arts, museums, public transportaion, and so many restaurants and coffee shops. Rooms are sort of Nordic minimalist, which felt spacious and airy. Comfy beds, but pillows were a little too soft. Not too much street traffic, so pretty quiet.
Staff was truly standout. Everyone from housekeeping to engineering to front desk were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Special shout out to Patrick, Valerie and Sam, and their colleagues for their help in a crisis.

Ojo con la habitación triple…
Pros:

La localización. Renovado. La ducha fantástica.

Cons:

Pagué por una habitación triple. Resulta q esta opción en este caso, era con una única cama “extra grande” para los 3….y de extra grande, nada de nada. Es una cama diría de 150 cm, q para dormir 3 personas es insufrible.
