Beautiful views and accomodations!
Pros:

While I didn't feel safe walking around the surrounding area late at night, the hotel does everything it can to make guests feel safe. The accommodations and views were luxurious. While I wasn't thrilled with the valet parking, it was a fair price given there are in-and-out privileges and little to none street parking. The mini fridge was a bit shallow to make anything useful, but overall, I would stay again without hesitation!

Pros:

Some staff in the dinning area were quite unfriendly. Also, taking a Starbucks coffee into breakfast (because the hotel coffee was weak!) was not permitted even for paying hotel guests... that isn't good customer service.

Staff on reception and down tair as you walk into building are friendly and welcoming with good advice around what to do / where to go as a tourist.

Cons:

Great location, good sized room and (mostly) friendly staff.

Had a corner suite. Very spacious, each check in process and bed was very comfortable. Overall, very pleased with the hotel

It was wonderful but the extra things like car parking and high floor really fell short

It was so comfortable. We all sleep so well

Cons:

We paid for a high floor because the pictures looked great but our room had a blocked view so all we could see was the dumpster. If I had known that is all we would see I wouldn’t have paid the up charge. Also, $70 for parking is very steep!

Great hotel in Philadelphia's city centre
Pros:

Perfect location close to City Hall and great restaurants/bars. Very easy to navigate the city from this location. Our room was exactly what we needed for 3 adults (king bed with a sofa bed) and the bathroom was spacious.

Pros:

The service and room was amazing. Everyone was so gracious and caring! Will definitely be back. The bathroom needed to have a little more space for the counter. The beds were comfortable and roomy.
