Staff were very friendly, it was very clean & the location was perfect. Loved that you ordered the main part of breakfast and the menu changed!
Not enough sunbeds & the balconies could have done with being frosted glass as it is very exposed! But these are minor things as the hotel is lovely!

La ubicación, la variedad del menú y la cocina abierta todo el día.
El baño un poco pequeño, teniendo en cuenta que reservé una habitación de las más caras, con vistas frontales al mar.
Muy buena ubicación, es una zona tranquila y está tanto cerca del pueblo, para poder ir dando un paseo, como cerca de la playa del Arenal.
El hotel es precioso y los trabajadores amabilísimos.

Lo mejor del alojamiento ha sido el buffet (desayuno). También me gustó el trato recibido del personal y las limpiadoras.
Al baño le falta un extractor (ya que no tenía ventana) y espacio para colocar los neceseres de aseo.
El aire frío no funciona. Nos ha tocado una habitación que le da bastante el sol y se recalienta.
La habitación es un poco justa de tamaño.
