Présence d un frigo dans la chambre mais ne fonctionne pas correctement et est vide. Nous avons voulu commander une bouteille d eau au bar à 23h et cela nous a été refusé, le bar étant fermé. La climatisation et le chauffage ne fonctionnant pas, nous avons du sortir la couette.
175 euros la nuit à la mi mai nous semble très cher pour le service obtenu
My husband and I travel a lot for work and pleasure - we appreciate value, peace, saftey and friendly helpful staff. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had a room with sea view and balcony, comfy bed, good shower, good aircon, fantastic sea views and only a 10 minute safe and peaceful walk along the sea front to Arenal. What was outstanding was the staff friendliness and service, from front desk to waiting and bar staff, chef and cleaners - they were all amazing - it felt like a home away from home - or family even! Breakfast was outstanding with great variety and a fabulous chef. Resteraunt meals and drinks are fantastic and good value.
A big shout out to Servina, Joel and his wife, Tess, the Chef and cleaning staff - they made us feel incredibly welcome - we will back! Jan & John

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das sogenannte Standardzimmer ist eine absolute Zumutung und hat nichts mit einem 4-Sterne-Hotel zu tun. Wir sahen uns gezwungen, ein überteuertes Upgrade zu buchen, nur um einen halbwegs akzeptablen Aufenthalt zu haben. Selbst dann waren die Zimmer sehr klein – eine Jugendherberge bietet teilweise mehr Platz und Komfort.
Besonders enttäuschend war das Badezimmer, das regelmäßig unter Wasser stand. Zudem war die Dachterrasse nicht nutzbar, da sie beschädigt war, was vorher nicht kommuniziert wurde.
Auch der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig: Beim Frühstück war das Personal häufig mit privaten Handys beschäftigt, statt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern.
insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier absolut nicht.
