Todo. Amabilidad y simpatía del personal, limpieza, comfort, la comida espectacular, los horarios de comidas, check-out... Todo invita a ir sin prisas y poder relajarse.
The location was great lovely and clean everywhere inside and room was great. The pool was lovely but needed a good clean and people drinking in the pool. The staff were really friendly and helpful

El hotel y el trato del personal excelente, en especial Montse de recepción. Tuvimos algún pequeño problema y desde el primer momento se preocupó por subsanarlo.
Los desayunos, una maravilla. Parte de buffet y un plato elaborado a elegir, con rotación de carta diaria para que no sea repetitivo.
Por comentar algo menos positivo, la playa justo en frente del hotel es de roca. Pero el hotel está bastante cerca de la playa principal de arena.
El buffet está muy bien, te dan opciones a elegir en menú tanto en el desayuno, como en la comida o cena.
El parking de coches es pequeño y la piscina está al lado, te ve todo el mundo

El desayuno estaba bien. Además es de agradecer que puedas elegir platos calientes que te preparan al momento y están muy ricos. El personal es muy agradable. Las personas que limpian las habitaciones son encantadoras.
Nuestra experiencia no ha sido la esperada para un hotel de 4 estrellas, por lo que no volveremos. Estamos acostumbrados a viajar y lo de este hotel no lo hemos visto nunca.
Llegamos antes del check-in y, aunque nos permitieron usar las instalaciones, para cambiarnos nos enviaron a un aseo diminuto donde apenas cabía la maleta abierta. Echamos en falta un vestuario o una sala habilitada para los clientes.
La piscina es muy pequeña, las fotos de la web están hechas con mucha perspectiva y no corresponde con la realidad. No hay hamacas suficientes y tampoco existe espacio para poner una toalla en el suelo. Además, no permiten utilizar sillas de playa propias, así que, si no consigues una hamaca, no puedes disfrutar de la piscina.
La ducha está mal diseñada y el agua se sale al baño por la falta de una mampara que cierre completamente. Por último, la nevera de la habitación apenas enfría; después de dos noches las botellas de agua seguían prácticamente a temperatura ambiente. El parking es muy pequeño y no puedes reservar plaza.
Son detalles que, en conjunto, han hecho que nuestra estancia no cumpliera las expectativas y son el motivo por el que no volveremos.
Me gustó el desayuno y la limpieza. La ubicación también muy bien.
No me gustó la cena, la carta cerrada, había días que no te gustaba lo que había y no había posibilidad de elegir una alternativa.
Tampoco me gustó la ducha de la habitación, la mampara semi abierta se quedaba toda la el agua en el suelo de la habitación… un charco todo el día.

Me gustó el servicio de la cena y del desayuno, había un menú incluido en la media pensión, te servían los camareros y te lo hacían al momento. Esto hace muchos años que no se veía.
