bed sheets not changed from previous quests
Pros:

totally terrible, NOTHING like any pictures on the Expedia website. Bed sheets not changed from the previous quests - hair in a bed, dust everywhere, floor was sticky and dirty. The owner was rude, couldn't see what’s wrong with the linen and the room and offered to give money back and to look for another hotel. That's what we did, but still waiting for the refund - three weeks passed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and be cautious when checking expedia website, review was 5 out of 5 for this hotel. I would give 1 out of 5.

Very RUDE hotel staff!
Pros:

We stayed there for 2 days. Due to the delay of our flight, we could not check in on time and instead wasted a night. However, i emailed the ABT regarding this matter 24 hours ago. Not only they never replied to my emails , but also giving me a super rude attitude once I called them! The place we stayed was not wat we expected. On the description, it was saying the place would be a 2 rooms 3 beds apartment. Instead, it was only a 1 room 2 beds. We had no wifi. The transportation was not very convinient. The overall experience was very disappointing! We would never go back to this apartment. Also we d never recommend it to anyone! Change the STAFF! Worst attitude, service ever!

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang nach einer professionellen Koordination der Buchungsbedingungen.
Der telefonische Kontakt war sehr zuverlässig.
Die Lage war bestens.

Good apartment for stay
Pros:

The apartment was good, mainly the hall area. It was lacking basic amenities like towels were not good, the tea maker was awful, the washing machine was full of old clothes. There was nobody to help. No wi-fi and breakfast.
