Sehr gute Lage direkt im Ortskern

Cons:

Anreise am 22.12.25: Früherer Check-In wegen Hochzeitsvorbereitungen bestätigt bekommen - Zimmer war nicht fertig, nicht gereinigt. Neues Zimmer erhalten: eiskaltes Zimmer, draussen waren Minusgrade, duschen und auf Hochzeit frischmachen nach 5 Std Anfahrt war nicht möglich. Nachts wieder gekommen nach Hochzeit - Zimmer immer noch eiskalt, Mittags aufgedrehte Heizung funktionierte nicht - eiskalte Nacht erlebt mit Socken an im Bett … am nächsten Tag Beschwerde, wurde abgewiegelt. Dann schriftl. Beschwerde beim Hotelmanager, hier Entschuldigung mit Aussage von ihm dass es ein unzumutbarer Zustand für uns als Gäste gewesen sei. Vernünftige Erstattung? Bis heute nichts erhalten, nun neue Diskussion mit Geschäftsführer nach lächerlichem Erstattungsangebot, Mails plötzlich alle gelöscht (habe aber Fotos der Mails gemacht). Fazit: nicht zu empfehlen, für uns nie wieder.
