Tesisin konumu çok iyi. Gezeceğiniz yerlere çok yakın. Mediha Hanım da çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü.

Cons:

Odada buzdolabı olması lazım. Çok ucuz bir otel değil Saraybosna şartlarında. Fiyatı bu hizmeti beklemenize neden oluyor.

Ayrıca bu söylediğim nokta çok önemli. Otelin önündeki park yerleri dolu oluyor genelde. Saraybosnada park çok sıkıntılı. Otelin park yeri yok. Saati 3 km veya 4 km olan otoparklarda yer bulmaya çalışacaksınız. Otopark için her saate ekstra iki euro katarak fiyatı hesaplayın. Benim tavsiyem benzer konumlarda otoparklı oteller tercih etmeniz. Üzerine de otopark ücretini ekleyip fiyat değerlendirmesi yaparsanız daha isabetli bir tercih yapmış olursunuz. Rahatlık da cabası.

Expensive comparint to what we got, but super friendly staff on reception.

Great staff, very kind girl on reception, very helpful! Good location. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Was very expensive comparing to what we got. Taking into account the city those days was more than occupied due to concert of Balkan star, maybe price was fair - but forcthat money you expect much more.

Good location, the room has everything you need.

It is more due to a City, it is bit hard for parking in season and hotel don't have their own parking space.

I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The place was beautiful, clean, and exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to Adisa, whose kindness, professionalism, and always ready to help. We can’t wait to come back!

Cons:

The only small suggestion would be to provide an iron in each room instead of a shared one, as it would make the guest experience even more convenient.
