Sarajevo: città sorprendente!
Pros:

Sarajevo si è rivelata molto più piena di cose belle da vedere di quanto mi aspettassi. E l'hotel è in una posizione veramente strategica per raggiungere, in pochi minuti a piedi, tutte le principali attrazioni di questa interessantissima città. La disponibilità, la gentilezza e la simpatia del personale nella reception ci hanno garantito un soggiorno fantastico!
Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo!

Cons:

Purtroppo non c'è l'ascensore, ma se non si trasportano bagagli pesanti il disagio è minimo (sono solo due piani)

Great location
Pros:

Hotel has great location and very friendly stuff. Breakfast was also fine.

Cons:

We think that bathroom tap is not practical for washing hands but not a big deal. Heating can be bit warmer as we guests at February

The position and the staff are perfect

Cons:

Unfortunately I didn’t like the room because half of the lights were not working, the bathroom fan was not working, one night I didn’t have hot water to take a quick shower and the bathtub is weirdly made cause I flooded the bathroom a couple times.
Also I could hear people talking and coughing in the room next door. I don’t know how the ac works because at night I was sweating and there’s no controller for it.
The breakfast was ok.

Pros:

Bra läge, nära till centrum. Bekväma sängar, bra städning.

Cons:

Badrummet hade ingen aktiv ventilation, ganska fuktig. I vår badrum luktade inte så fräscht, åtminstone 2 dagar. Frukost var inte det bästa, vissa dagar fanns inte stekt ägg. Bröd utbudet var väldigt begränsat.

Pros:

Otelin konumu harika, çalışanları güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve çok sıcakkanlıydı. Odalarımız tertemizdi, Saraybosna’ da gidilmesi gereken yeme-içme mekanları ile ilgili kağıt verdiler çok işimize yaradı. Kahvaltıları oldukça yeterliydi. Otel çalışanları Müslüman olduğu için kahvaltıda da helaldi. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.
