Great location, all the staff were super hospitable and happy to help. Lovely breakfast and bosnian coffee to start your day in Sarajevo.
Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und bietet eine gute Ausgangsbasis für verschiedene Aktivitäten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: Es war sehr nett, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Das Zimmer war zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sauber und gepflegt, was für uns ein wichtiger Punkt ist. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und bot eine gute Auswahl. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass auf Wunsch sogar spezieller Hauskaffee angeboten wurde.

Kahvaltı salonu biraz küçük, ama ortam güzel personel kibar olduğundan o eksiyi fazlasıyla tamamladı.

Não tinha toalhas suficientes para os hóspedes alojados, a casa de banho não tinha as condições necessárias, nomeadamente por falta de manutenção, e a porta entre os dois quartos não fechava. Num dos quartos não era possível escurecer, devido à falta de manutenção dis varões dos cortinados. O pequeno almoço era pouco variado.

Kao i gospodja koja je tu da spremi sve na vrhunskom nivou, jako ukusnuni raznoliko.
Parking, mada se u blizini nalazi garaza sa video nadzorom 24h pa se tu moze rekativno pristupacno parkirati.
