Preljubazno osoblje, jedina zamjerka je što nema lifta a jako su strme stepenice, voda u kupatilu je bila mlaka. Kreveti su preudobni i jako čisti!

Lovely stay with kind staff
Pros:

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel and truly appreciated every aspect of our stay—from the welcoming atmosphere to the seamless check-in and check-out process. The location is ideal, perfectly situated near the old town, which made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable at any time of day. What stood out most, however, was the outstanding hospitality of the staff, especially Senada and Adisa. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay feel incredibly personal and comfortable. They went above and beyond by arranging an earlier breakfast for us on the day of our excursion, ensuring we started our morning well-prepared. The traditional Bosnian coffee was also a delightful highlight. We are particularly grateful to Adisa for her care and thoughtfulness in ensuring our safety during our travels, as well as for arranging transportation for us. It’s rare to encounter such genuine dedication to guest well-being. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Decent and value for money
Pros:

The biggest highlight is the location and the staff of the hotel. We could easily walk to the old town since the hotel was within walking distance. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests.

Cons:

The toilet had a funny smell that was masked by perfume, and there were leaks in the shower and sink, leaving the bathroom wet all the time. It is a very simple thing to be fixed and shouldn't be a problem.

La posizione è centralissima, ottima per girare tutto a piedi. Lo staff è molto cortese. Buoni i letti e cuscini. La colazione buona, forse aggiungerei qualcosa di dolce per chi non ama il salato al risveglio.

Pros:

The hotel has an amazing location, making it very convenient to explore the area. The room was cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made my stay very relaxing. I would especially like to compliment the staff, literally all of them— they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. One staff member in particular her name is Senada went above and beyond, taking the time to prepare a Bosnian coffee for us, she really did it with love!
The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and high quality. I really appreciated the thoughtful recommendations which I absolutely loved. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We even wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately it was fully booked, but we will come back again for sure!

Konumu çok iyi, gezilebilecek her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Üstelik havaalanına giden otobüs de hemen otelin aşağısından kalkıyor.
Odalar dar değil ve temiz.
Çalışan herkes çok güler yüzlü ve yardım severler. Check-in saatinden önce otele vardık, fakat eşyalarımızı otele bırakıp rahatça gezebildik. Her denk gelişimizde bizimle sohbet ettiler. Özellikle Medy'e çok teşekkür ederiz, çok güler yüzlüydü.
Oldukça güvenilir, gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebiliceğiniz bir otel.
