Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Personel pomocny i miły. Śniadania skromne, ale też nie oczekiwaliśmy nie wiadomo czego.

Knus hotel in hartje stad
Pros:

Geweldige locatie, je loopt de hoek om en bent in het centrum. Heel vriendelijke hosts die je helpen met activiteiten vinden en boeken. Heerlijke Bosnische koffie en zoetigheden bij (compleet) ontbijt.

Cons:

Douchekop en -stang niet verstelbaar, zou mooi zijn als dit wordt aangepast. Verder alles echt prima.

Muss ich nicht nochmal hin
Pros:

Das es so an der Altstadt war und dass das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war schon sehr in Jahre gekommen, das Bad ging noch, aber der Rest vom Zimmer hätte wirklich mal eine Renovierung verdient

Wonderful stay at the Heritage hotel
Pros:

The stay at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. It was close to the centre of the old city but not too close so it was nice and quiet. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed, the beds were comfortable and I slept very well. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. I was treated to Bosnian coffee which was quite something. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Special mention to Adrisa and Sara who went out of their way to make my time in Sarajevo a very memorable one.

Voto allo staff 10+! Davvero, tutte molto gentili. La posizione della struttura è eccellente.

Pros:

We had a room on the top floor that was clean and quite large. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept very well all 4 nights we stayed.
The staff were all really lovely, friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was set out in a small area but it was excellent, with different home made things each day. The breakfast lady was so nice!
The hotel was in an excellent location - in a quiet back street but only 5 mins walk from the Bascarsija and the tram/airport bus (200E) stop.
It was good value for money and we would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Everything was pretty good, although it would have been nice to have had some foreign channels on the enormous tv, and the breakfast coffee tasted like instant coffee.

Good place, near the Old Town worth it.
Pros:

This is a great hotel to stay at if you are staying in old town. just few minutes walking distance and you are at the main square where most of the restaurants are. The hotel is kept very well. Breakfast options are not bad limited, but the kitchen staff is very helpful and nice. I think that they cater to all.

Cons:

What I had expected was an electric kettle which was not present which is a basic part of all rooms now. However its not a big issue but it can be a plus point.
