Snall hotel in a good location

Det blev bara mindre och mindre utbud på frukosten för varje dag.Allt det goda försvann första morgonen.Vi var där i fyra dagar

Pros:

Proximité de la vieille ville

Cons:

Impossible de se garer à proximité de l’hôtel. Nous avons dû aller dans un parking privé et payer plus de 50€ pour 24h.
Chambre très mal insonorisée, on entend tout de la chambre à côté.
Escaliers étroits pour monter jusque dans la chambre. Pas pratique du tout avec les valises.
Finitions dans la chambre très mal faites : peinture écaillée au plafond, tv pas accrochée au mur, barre de rideau qui tombe quand on veut ouvrir la fenêtre.
Le matin l’odeur du petit déjeuner remonte dans tous les étages. La salle du petit déjeuner est minuscule et bruyante.
Le prix est vraiment trop cher par rapport à la qualité proposée qui est médiocre.

Very disappointing and misleading rating on booking.com
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very courteous and helpful.

Cons:

There were bugs in bathroom. The shower was broken, and there was mould in the bathroom as well. There were strips of metal that were coming. There was stench in both the rooms that we checked into. The rating on booking.com was 9.5 and that was totally misleading as it was a really sub-standard hotel. We stayed in three different properties in our trip in different cities and this was way worse than the others.

Pros:

We stayed here with my mother and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is great very convenient and close to key attractions, which made getting around really easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Senada and Mediha, who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and everything was fresh. The overall atmosphere of the place was warm and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. The room and common areas were very clean and they clean the rooms everyday

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was with the curtain in our room, which kept coming off and needed fixing repeatedly. It wasn’t a major problem, but it was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.
