They didn’t honor our reservation that we had booked 4 months in advance.
Pros:

When we did get the room that we booked, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the hotel is close to the event center where we were seeing a concert.

Cons:

We arrived on our scheduled check in date to be told by the staff that they didn’t have a room for us and that they were sending us to another hotel. The hotel they sent us to had one bed and appeared run down. They didn’t have a shuttle for us so it cost us over $30 in Lyft fees round trip. The next day we had to fight to get our room before the 3pm check in.

Not horrible, just Ok.
Pros:

The cleanliness and the room size was good.

Cons:

Extra charges for parking that wasn't told to me when reserving the room... and another $25 charge for something that wasn't explained 😒
Oh and the breakfast was not good at all.
