Pros:

I liked the closeness to downtown and the walk was very nice. The staff was also nice.

Good hotel; bad management.
Pros:

The location is good and the rooms are clean.

Cons:

We've stayed at this hotel many times and it has been consistently good. The breakfast continues to be subpar and not only do they charge for parking now, it's gone up to $15/day. Excessive. On this most recent trip, however, we noticed that the bed was not comfortable, the sliding shower door would not stay shut, and the chain on the window shade was broken. A word of caution, however: make sure you take a photo of the Nestle Pure Life bottles of water if you didn't drink them, for proof that you didn't. We were charged $3 for consuming one when we didn't. No consideration is given to the guest; if they say you did it, you did it. After not getting any contact back from the hotel manager, I made a complaint to corporate. But they're still standing on their decision. They've lost my very frequent business over this.
