Would stay again. Nice place, clean and convenient for concert.

Cons:

I didn’t realize housekeeping would not come every day for new towels etc. it was written small on the mirror. My companion saw this. I didn’t. I didn’t want to go to get towels at the front desk.

Cons:

Housekeeping was not there for 3 days then 2 days in a row. Still had to go to front desk to get toilet paper

Great place to stay, wouldn't want to eat there.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff is friendly and attentive. It's also very conveniently located near Dickies Arena.

Cons:

The breakfast options offered are meager and a serious disappointment that detracts from the convenience and sense of value the customer gets from their stay. A major upgrade is needed in this area of their services.
