Staff was friendly at check in, breakfast was standard, location was great for our venue, quiet.

Cons:

Not the cleanest. Comforter was either dirty or stained, chair in room had food and stains on it, carpet very stained.

Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations in comfort, breakfast and value.
Pros:

The room was larger than I expected. The bed pillows were large and soft. So many hotels have shrunk the pillow size these pillows were perfect. Location was quiet, being just off the expressway.

Cons:

No whirlpool.

Everything was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Breakfast was lacking some. The pancake machine was out of order. You would think they would have a second unit to bring in.
