Room was kind of run down
Pros:

The gentleman that checked me in is a Rockstar. I believe his name was Nico. That being said, he made sure I got the room I wanted and was very friendly to me and other guest checking in. He was clearly happy to help.and be there to make sure my stay was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately,the Refrigerator was buzzing loudly all night, rotating plate in the microwave was missing and the heater fan made a loud ticking noise.

Calming visit the night before surgery
Pros:

The front desk was very welcoming. Helped us with finding the best way around area construction to the local hospital. The beds and pillows were just right. Everything we needed was available in our room. The continental breakfast was great as well. Didnt look or taste like it was pulled out of freezer and warmed up. Wonderful choices for food. As well as ala cart items like soda available to charge to your room if you dont have your purse with you.

Cons:

No complaints about anything.
