Great breakfast
Issues with hot tube, sauna but front desk fixed it.
The Fairfield Duncan, was very comfortable, we got the king suite, the room was very spacious, the air conditioner was phenomenal, the view facing the golf course was enjoyable, the carpet felt a little grimey walking barefoot, but otherwise clean. The pool was kinda small, but definitely hit the spot on a hot day, the hot tub was also small but again very relaxing, especially because no one else came to swim the entire time , so privacy was amazing, it also has spa jets on a timer. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel, I loved that they had gravy for the biscuits, a lot of them do not, a good variety of to go style and hot choices, however my child was a little disappointed that they didn't have whipped cream in addition to their many toppings for their waffles. Overall the stay was pretty ideal. If traveling to Duncan , this hotel is definitely the 1st choice. Would stay again.
Nothing we didn't really like, this hotel was very ideal. Just small things I mentioned previously, but honestly very comfortable, the bed was a little hard on my back, but i got decent sleep, it could have been worse.

Breakfast was much more variety than other places I have been at this price range. Conveniently located for traveling in and out of town for daytrips or additional shopping conveniences that are available in Duncan. Secluded enough to be quiet during the night. No advanced amenities like night clubs, restaurants or party venues to add unnecessary costs to the average daily costs.

The room was comfortable, clean bathroom could have had some more towels though. It all in all was a good stay.
The hot tub didn't have working bubbles to relax with, orange juice had old flakes in it floating around, not very many creamer options for coffee.

I enjoyed my upgrade at this Property. Special thanks to Caitlyn for her attentiveness and pleasant demeanor. The Property is kept in great shape by the Staff and the pool and fitness center are nice. My room was comfortable and I had a great stay.

At 8 am Sunday morning the construction company from Texas kept slamming the doors to the stairs. It's usually quiet. I'm very tired
