$242.50 a night was a bit high and most likely would not stay here again, but overall was Good.
Pros:

Close to where I needed to go, on the south side of town and close to Restaurant's etc.. Plenty of room in the room and all the extras were great...

Cons:

The Only Negative is the floor and BED had a bad Vibration and when in bed you could feel the bed vibrating and had a low hum to where it was hard to go to sleep and the room had a wierd smell to it...

Nice room

Cons:

At 5:30 am each morning a guest started his loud diesel truck and proceeded to let it idle for an hour, woke us up twice, no further sleep. We finally packed up and checked out after 45 minutes, at 6:15 and left. I reported it to the front desk and he said there was nothing he could do, i.e construction workers. Won't stay there again.

Comfortable convenient rooms for great value
Pros:

The beds are comfortable and roomy. I like the convenience of the kitchenettes in rooms and the value is really good.

Cons:

We stayed 4 nights so took advantage of 3 mornings of breakfast and it was the same. Itd be nice to have a change every other day.

We would stay at MainStay Suites Durango again anytime.
Pros:

We appreciated the cleanliness of our room as well as having a full kitchen and large refrigerator. Breakfast was quite good with adequate and varied choices.

Cons:

It was further from the center of town than expected.
