They need more than one elevator for the hotel for all of the guests and housekeeping

Water Pressure for the shower was very low..

Staff has horrible attitude
They lied and charged my card a SMOKING fee for 250 dollars when we NEVER smoked nor vaped inside the hotel. We checked out in the morning and he calls back hours later , stating smoke was in the air ! Tried talking to the front desk and this guy lost his marbles and was talking out of character. I told him it smelled because we had went to a dispensary but he literally made up a story saying our room was like a cypress hill concert lol but we literally never smoked inside the room or vape ! But the way the staff was ganging up on me was insane , completely weird and rude lmao . Ive never had an issue over “weed smell” but these people started yelling and screaming! Keep in mind I stayed an entire week and this happened after I checked out . He was making comments like “yall been smoking here all week and it smells like an ashtray “ NEVER EVER did we smoke inside room and no we don’t smoke Tobacco either .

Restrooms have sliding doors that don’t close !
Breakfast was horrible, watered powdered eggs , fake bacon .
Staff was horrible and ruined the whole experience, I was able to put up with crappy breakfast and the door but the staff just made this experience the worst.
Avoid this place .

L’ascenseur était en panne et nous n’avons même pas eu un dédommagement alors que notre chambre était au 3ème étage…

Would of liked lower rates and would of been nice to change protein at breakfast.

The elevator was once again broken and we had to climb three flight of stairs carrying our luggage. We are 66 and 69 so that was very hard. We weren’t told the elevator was broken until earlier in the day we were to check in when it was too late
