Pros:

Durango is a nice mountain town near the Rocky Mountains to base yourself for a few days.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit out of town so you'll always need a car.

Great location - not so great housekeeping

Cons:

We arrived on Monday and departed on Thursday. We understood that housekeeping would occur every other day. During our 3 day stay no housekeeping activities occurred.

Nice facility with all of the amenities you need and more
Pros:

It has a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove jets to cook on. Beds and pillows comfortable, towels nice, shampoo and conditioner all with a nice scent. Pool, exercise room, and free breakfast. Located next to Freddy’s and Dunkin’ donuts. Also within walking distance to Walmart. Nice area to walk around and easy freeway access. It is a few miles outside of downtown.

Cons:

The breakfast. Lots of variety, I just didn’t find anything I liked. Powdered eggs, paper thin bacon, various breads, bagels and waffles. Yogurt, cereals, apples, bananas, and a pastry.

Great place to stay when visiting Durango & Mesa Verde!
Pros:

Great location, clean, and spacious with plenty of parking.

Cons:

Elevator was out, but it didn't effect our stay.

Pros:

Staff were great. The full size refrigerator and dishwasher are terrific facilities, especially at this price

Cons:

Coffee is terrible, and the coffee they provide in the room is a smidgen of what's required for the standard 12 cup coffee maker they provide

Nice room

Cons:

At 5:30 am each morning a guest started his loud diesel truck and proceeded to let it idle for an hour, woke us up twice, no further sleep. We finally packed up and checked out after 45 minutes, at 6:15 and left. I reported it to the front desk and he said there was nothing he could do, i.e construction workers. Won't stay there again.

$242.50 a night was a bit high and most likely would not stay here again, but overall was Good.
Pros:

Close to where I needed to go, on the south side of town and close to Restaurant's etc.. Plenty of room in the room and all the extras were great...

Cons:

The Only Negative is the floor and BED had a bad Vibration and when in bed you could feel the bed vibrating and had a low hum to where it was hard to go to sleep and the room had a wierd smell to it...
