Great short stay.
Pros:

The rooms are very spacious, plenty of space for 4 adult size people. The breakfast was great. They were right next to the airport which was a bonus.

Cons:

The location is not great if you do not have a vehicle. The bus stop is close. They need a deal not just do those that park and ride to get to the cruise ships without paying for an uber.

Stay Professional always Staybridge
Pros:

Staff totally ignored me standing at the counter waiting to check in. After I pointed out that it was rude and unprofessional to not acknowledge a guest right away she apologized but referred me to another staff to check in. I'm a professional who works in the Hospitality Industry and I know that you don't get a second chance to make a first impression!

Great location for the event I attended. Nice breakfast, food well stocked. Room clean. Beds comfortable. I am a IHG Rewards Member and they didn't ask me that upon check-in so that I could receive my rewards points. Also, I didn't get a bill or receipt after checking out. Not the excellent customer service that I expected.

Located in an area that was easy on and easy off the freeway. Lots of parking. Large, comfy room. It fit 5 people.

Pros:

Property was cleaned. Staff were friendly , area was peaceful . The room that I stayed at was neat and comfortable.

Cons:

The only issue I had was the shower drain had a bad smell.
