除了房間的光線較不足外，服務人員、提供備品，居然還有多款沐浴塩，happy hour，早餐，都無可挑剔。

Nice boutique hotel for exploring Karuizawa.
Pros:

The hotel is stylish and the bed is comfortable. Dinner is delicious especially the paella and curry in the breakfast menu. The generous offer of drinks and snacks in the afternoon and evening is impressive.

Cons:

Would be good if there is fruit and yoghurt on the breakfast table. For the room, I find it not dark enough for sleep as the street light and sunlight can come through the blinds.

こんな素敵な宿は他にない
Pros:

スタッフさん一人一人親切に笑顔で対応してくださって、とても安心して1泊過ごせました。アメニティはもちろん彼女の誕生日ケーキも素晴らしい出来栄えで提供してくださって、本人もとても喜んでいました！

離車站很近,住宿樓層的設計比較偏暗色,房間內的空間是麻雀雖小五臟俱全,我們訂了附早晚餐的房型,真的很好吃.份量也夠.樓層Lobby有浴鹽調理台,住客可以自己調配喜歡的香味的浴鹽,這是我之前在日本住宿沒有遇過的.提供的卸妝油很好用,家人很喜歡.

Great location, but the poor pillow selection made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
Pros:

The half board meals arrangements (breakfast / dinner) is a plus point. The hotel location is also strategic. Located in the center between the karuizawa station and old karuizawa, which is only 10 minutes by walking.

Cons:

Very limited pillow selection. Didn’t really rest west with the pillow provided by the hotel. No shuttle services provided to attractions nearby.
