Great location, but the poor pillow selection made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
Pros:

The half board meals arrangements (breakfast / dinner) is a plus point. The hotel location is also strategic. Located in the center between the karuizawa station and old karuizawa, which is only 10 minutes by walking.

Cons:

Very limited pillow selection. Didn’t really rest west with the pillow provided by the hotel. No shuttle services provided to attractions nearby.

駅からも近く、貸し出しグッズなどもとても充実していて
スタッフの方々もとても親切で良かったです。
お食事も　少々味が濃かったですが　美味しかったです。

2026年6月22日到24日入住。第一次到輕井澤，隨機找到這家飯店。環境相當高級，隔音也很好，可以獲得充分的休息。只是因為地區特性的關係，最近的超商要走15分鐘，附近的餐廳也是很早就打烊。

Location was great, walking distance to Karuizawa station and old Karuizawa area
Pros:

Complimentary bike rentals (& plenty of it).
Welcome drinks & snacks in the afternoon and evening were nice touch

Cons:

Room was small for the rate we paid for the room.
Maybe I missed it but I couldn't find shower caps among the amenities.
