また軽井沢に行く時は利用したいです(*ˊᵕˋ*)
21時半～22時半のお酒、ジュース＆お菓子＆アイス食べ放題あり、沢山の方が利用してました！朝ごはんもオシャレで美味しかったです！

お部屋の電気をもう少し明るく出来たらもっと良かったです！

Staying at Twin-Line matches the classy Karuizawa.
Pros:

Refined breakfast, friendly personnel, good location and stylish room & restaurant.

Cons:

Although the hotel provides self-service tea and coffee at the front desk, I prefer kettle for boiling water in the room instead. The bathroom needs heating system; it's a bit cold during winter Karuizawa.

We would love to stay here again
Pros:

We enjoy the free bike ride alot we love it so much, room is comfy and clean

Really pleasant hotel
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they did a good job about explaining everything and helping with an easy check-in.
There was a nice welcome drink and snack time in the evening.
There was also a great free item loaning service, the Yogibo pillow was really comfortable!

Cons:

The breakfast was just okay, a bit too salty…
It’s a little far from the station as well as Kyu Kariuzawa

ロケーション、スタッフ、お部屋、お料理、全て良かったです。コーヒーやフリーフローも楽しめました。レンタルサイクルも助かりました。

每天晚上happy hour可以讓您放鬆心情
早餐雖然不是很豐富，但是可以吃飽
這次只覺得房間的灰塵毛屑多了點其餘的都很好
如果有改善也是值得再回住的地方
