前泊がユースホステルだったので、とても高級感のあるサービスに満足しました。バスロマンやスクラブ、夜のウェルカムドリンクが印象的でした。また、来る機会があれば是非友達と来てみたいと思います。
Pros:

迎えてくださったスタッフの対応が親切で(どこに何があるかやサービス内容を教えて下さった)というのと
ウェルカムドリンクサービスが心に響きました。美味しかったです。

Pros:

ロケーションが良く、清潔でスタッフの皆さんの対応もとても親切でした。

Cons:

夕食がコースのみでした。
同行者の友人共に小食なので、アラカルトでたのしみたかったのですが、残念でした。
スペイン料理も楽しみにしていたので。

值得再次預訂的飯店
Pros:

員工親切，提供許多工具方便客人使用，立燈、床上支架抱枕、按摩腿的機器、美容儀⋯⋯，早餐也好吃，另外2100～2230的happy hour讓人很relaxed ，門前就有公車站牌，非常方便

所有的體驗都很棒，超乎預期
Pros:

早餐非常棒，種類豐富且品質很好。雖然飯店距離車站稍微有一點距離，但搭公車只需一站即可到達，且飯店正前方就有公車站牌，交通相當便利。

從飯店步行約15分鐘即可抵達雲場池，很適合散步。飯店也提供免費腳踏車租借，很方便。

另外還有每日兩個時段的 Happy Hour，提供酒水與點心，整體體驗很加分。
最讓人驚喜的是有多種沐浴鹽可以自行調配，細節設計非常用心。

為輕井澤加分的住宿經驗
Pros:

重遊輕井澤，可能是時間不對加上下雨，所以感覺一般，幸好住宿方面反而最令人滿意。強烈建議一定要訂早晚餐的package，西班牙晚餐既精緻又美味，比在西班牙吃得還豐盛；早餐有多種選擇，我選的法式吐司令人回味無窮。差點忘記提及晚上9點開始的happy hour，有酒有小食及冰棒，選擇很多，可以坐在餐廳慢慢享受，真的好棒。服務也很好，英文溝通絕對無問題。

Cons:

因為酒店全部採用Led燈，光線好暗，雖有情調，但稍不方便。到了早上，在充足照明下才發現整間酒店的裝置很用心很漂亮。
