You're a captive customer for food as nothing super close by. Pricy at the front desk.

Pros:

Liked how convenient the hotel was to the Pearson testing center.

Cons:

Paying to park and how hard the hotel was to find in the dark. TV was not working properly when we got there. Had to get maintenance to fix it.

Great value!
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The building was clean and very nice furnishings! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom shower head and around the shower floor and sliding door frame could have been a little cleaner. Overall very well kept with fairly new looking furnishings.

Cons:

Minor cleanliness issues with bath shower head and shower door frame. Otherwise very nice.

Pros:

Air quality was the best in comparison to other hotels stayed at that had multiple problems with weird smells; this is huge for comfort and sleep.
Walls and floors seem to be made out of cement, you cannot hear your neighbors above or beside you which is wonderful! Cleanliness is top notch, all over the hotel.

Cons:

All Homewood Suites are not created equal. This Reston location is amazing and new, if i ever need a hotel this location is it. I stayed at another Homewood Suites in the area and will not return.

We attended a Wolf Trap concert and this was a perfect location to stay and attend this concert since we were driving in from PA. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and I was greeted upon arrival. The check-in was easy and she was very cordial, spoke clearly and had eye contact (which at my age is very important [age 71]. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and firm which has not been the case at other hotels. My wife enjoyed the workout room with all the machines, weights, exercise mats etc. Breakfast was very good and the serving area was very clean and maintained.

Cons:

Nothing to speak of. All was good!

Tolles Frühstück, Lärm der Heizung unerträglich.
Pros:

Klasse Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Die Heizung war dermaßen laut, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Trotz Ausschalten war der Lärm immer noch da. Geholfen hat nur, die Sicherung abzuschalten.
