De kamers zijn heel ruim, proper en bieden alle comfort die je nodig hebt. Het ontbijt is gevarieerd en er is voor ieder wat wils. Het hotel ligt net buiten de drukte van het centrum.
Het restaurant is heel verzorgd en de gerechten zijn van prima kwaliteit.
Het enige minpuntje is dat er weinig keuze is op de menukaart, vooral als je er enkele dagen verblijft en er iedere avond blijft eten.

Super modern, yet comfortable, classy and bijou. Great stay in Malmedy. Beds were sooooo comfortable! Passes the friends and family test with flying colours.
Ehm. Ah yes, No Earl Grey tea.. haha didn't matter because the breakfast was fabulous.
Goede ligging, dicht bij centrum en toch rustig Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt en restaurant. Mooie kamer met balkon, mooi uitzicht en rustige omgeving.
