Wonderful modern hotel just outside Malmedy. Air conditioning. Plenty of exterior parking and a large free secure garage. Good for motorcycle security. Helpful staff.

De locatie van het hotel vlakbij Malmedy centrum is fantastisch. De kamers inclusief badkamer zijn ruim, gerieflijk en proper. Het ontbijt is ZEER uitgebreid en ook de ontbijtlocatie is gezellig. De wellness ruimte is zeer ruim, net en rustgevend. Je moet op voorhand reserveren zodat het er niet te druk kan worden. Zowel het zwembad, sauna en hamam zijn erg goed onderhouden. De ligbedden zijn comfortabel, kortom hun wellness is een aanrader.
Op onze kamer was ooit gerookt denken we en dat trachten ze dan met een geurspray te verdoezelen.

De kamer was ruim en erg schoon. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Ontbijt was ook heerlijk en genoeg keuze.
Er was helemaal niks dat tegen viel.
Schitterend ontbijt met o.a. lekkere verse wafeltjes en vers fruitsap.
Zeer ruime en comfortabele kamer.
Wellness tijdens eerste timeslot (8u-10u30) zeer rustig (slechts 1 andere gast aanwezig).
Informatie over de wellness op de website is onvoldoende duidelijk. Er wordt vermeld dat het bezoek aan de wellness beperkt is tot 2,5u, maar geen info over vaste time slots. Bij aankomst liep het lopende timeslot 1u later af en het volgende (laatste) van de dag matchte niet met onze diner plannen. Personeel toonde geen flexibiliteit.
Avondmaal in het restaurant was wel lekker maar niet erg verfijnd.
Via mijn laptop een film streamen op de televisie lukte niet. Ik had een HDMI kabel mee, maar de TV vereiste een draadloze Chromecast connectie via wifi. Ik kon zo wel contacteren op de TV, maar daardoor werkte de wifi connectie naar internet niet meer... heel frustrerend dat je op de TV niet gewoon kan kiezen voor de HDMI input.

Piscine pourrait être accessible en-dehors de la réservation de spa. Dommage que la réservation de spa soit payante même pour les clients de l'hôtel.
